Great customer service

This is a fantastic place to stay. The staff is excellent and friendly. I've been staying there for years. Many more affordable places exist, but I refuse to stay anywhere else. I feel more secure at this location. One thing you should know: there is no parking if you are thinking about renting a car. Uber and taxi pick-ups are easily accessible. There are many stores and restaurants within short walking distance from the hotel.

I visited Medellin for a few days and enjoyed my stay at Provenza. Location is in the heart of town with all the action. I would recommend this property for lodging

Very good location, excellent service, the staff have all great attitude. They can offer 3 rooms suites, which I think is amazing. Windows need urgent isolation to avoid the loud exterior noise during the nights and looks that they have some issues with the hot water that goes on and off.

I loved the view and the cabin was beautiful and confortable, food was excellent!

Provenza lofts is the perfect stay in a hot spot of medellin, PROVENZA!! Prior to our stay we booked a patagliding experiance through a neighbor hotel haven, which is right around the corner! Haven also has a rooftop restaurant super cute and fun. Provenza lofts is in the perfect spot walking distance from provenza plaza where youll find fun nightlife, literally like 3 blocks away! We would def stay here when visiting Medellin again! 10 fpr 10 recommend.

Very good and comfortable stay.

We had issues with the hot tube all week. Its an old water heating system that required a staff member to empty and re fill the unit once a day. The water was not warm at all for the first two days. Then for the next day or so the water was incredibly hot and we couldn't sit in the hot tube. Finally by day three they figured out a solution... All visitors to the loft had to pay to enter, which is very inconvenient and costly. We have family in colombia that would come and meet with us and couldn't come up for a drink or to sit and wait for us to be ready as the fee would be in affect 100.000 pesos each person (visitors)

On a positive note good location and pics are accurate but beware of this place that will charge you for having a visitor over at night when no one is at the front desk (which doesn't seem safe). Also they would not check us in on time and made us wait while they checked someone in down the street at another property. Not reasonable people to deal with if there are any issues.

Everything was great from the staff to the room itself. I just wish i knew that my room didn't have a window.

Rooms need better cleaning the noise is crazy loud at night, very conveniently located close to Provenza within 2 mins walking

Location close to Restaurants Shopping ,Reasonable Rates

The location is great, need to improve on the comfort the bed needs to be upgrade and the response to important issues like the AC not working need to be address not ignore.
