The staff was friendly and very helpful providing information about the area. The location was great, close to restaurants and other attractions. The only complaint was the A/C was not working well in our room. They did not have another room available for us and we had to wait for it to be repaired.

This hotel is in an amazing location! Right at the foot of the Rialto Bridge, has amazing views. It is a small boutique hotel. The rooms were warm when we arrived. It took maintenance to come fix the A/C's in all 3 rooms and sleeping with a fan which they provided. Silvia at the front desk was so helpful, giving us a map for a great walking tour, where to catch the Gondola, set up rides to the Murano glass factory and our water taxi transports to the Airport. We didn't have enough time to explore all that we wanted. the rooms need some maintenance which Silvia told us they are closing in January for a month of maintenance. It was in the perfect location!!

Breakfast was amazing!!! The lady serving was sweet and efficient and Carolina at the front desk and all the ladies were so helpful and nice!

Hotel Riva del Vin is located right on the canal steps from the Rialto Bridge. Very convenient location for walking around Venice. Our breakfast was included in our stay and it was a very large selection with a lot of variety. The front desk staff took very good care of us and they allowed for pre-and post trip luggage storage. The hotel and its amenities were lovely. We got dinner recommendations from the front desk and chose Al Gobbo di Rialto. It was excellent and would highly recommend. On a side note and having NOTHING to do with the hotel (and were NOT on the recommended list of eateries) - DO NOT EAT AT ANY OF THE CAFES RIGHT ALONG THE FRONT OF THE HOTEL UNLESS YOUR ITALIAN IS FLUENT SO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GETTING AND HOW MUCH IT COSTS.

Great central canal location. Pleasant and helpful staff. No English channels on TV despite many English speaking only guests…for the room rate of E350 + per night one would expect so. Can get noisy late at night due to music and restaurants and bars directly below our canal view room. Otherwise very pleasant stay.

Day staff (same woman each day) was so wonderful! The team even packed us a breakfast for our early flight! All were very accommodating. Just wish we could have adjusted the air conditioning in room as it was quite stuffy and pre-set.

Property is in a fantastic location, a 2 minute walk from the Rialto bridge. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was served in a small dining room at the front of the hotel on the 3rd floor with great views of the grande canal. Our room was dark and small with 2 small windows looking at the side of a building. It was comfortable with everything we needed.
