The experience is only from my point-of-view: - Pros.: the room is comfortable and convenient; air conditioner is very cool; the staffs and receptionists are very friendly and well-support - Cons.: the soundproof is very bad because I can hear the voice or singing from the next room; the surrounding is the center of the Red District and very quiet in the midnight, so it should not stay and travel alone, need to have at least more than 2 - 3 persons together.

It was a great value-for-money hotel. If you are a concert go-er, this one’s definitely a good pick that’s close to the stadium.

It's been a great moment after all, but a few days later I noticed that my WhatsApp number has been blocked by the hotel's official WhatsApp number. What happened? I never complained about the women night shift staff behavior till I checked out because it's only her, the unfriendly staff, while the others were so nice and friendly. I need an answer from the hotel management, why did this hotel block my WhatsApp number? Thanks.

The location is very strategic and close to the national stadium, only 1 stop with the bus. It's easier for us to transport for the concert there. And the staff is very friendly and helpful.

friendly staff.. my family of 4 booked a room with 1 single bed and 1 double bed, it should only be for 3 people, but they helped and allowed it for this time only. thank you..

Nice staff at the lobby reception. All the staffs are really helpful. This hotel does not provide water bottles but they provide a water dispenser on the ground floor, we can refill our own water bottle as much as we like. The room is not big but enough for three persons. The area is nice too, close to the bus stop, but for the MRT station we need to walk a little further. The area is peaceful since it is close to a residential area. There are varieties of food stalls nearby too.

The hotel staff here are friendly. The AC in the room is very cold, the shower is also very strong. The cleanliness of the room is maintained, but the used glasses are not washed. The tea and sugar are also not refilled. The hotel environment here is not suitable for families because there are many prostitution places around the area. It is quite far to get to the MRT station if you walk

Check in/check out was easy and the staff were nice and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable including the bathroom with drinkable water. Not too spacious but I've had enough rest after exploring the city of Singapore. The nearest bus station is within walking distance from the hotel and the nearest MRT station is Aljunied, slightly further. I have no problem with the area around the hotel but if you come with family especially children, I think you might want to consider another accomodation. Overall, I had a nice experience during my stay and I can tell that Ibis Budget Crystal Hotel is worth of your consideration. Thank you.
