The staff was friendly at check-in and check-out, the room was clean, and I stayed for two nights. When I left, the room was clean and tidy again. There was hot water, too, making it comfortable.

Lacking in TV channels, the amenities in the room and bathroom are somewhat complete.

The AC wasn't cold. I'm sure it was dirty. It was never checked. The bathroom was filthy. I booked a non-smoking room, but there was an ashtray. Strange. The water smelled.

The hotel is comfortable and cool, perfect for those wanting to visit Braga and Bandung's town square. It's walkable, strategically located, and clean. However, perhaps because it's located on the side of the road, the soundproofing from the outside is a bit poor.

The AC was hot, the sheets were dirty, there were small cockroaches on the floor, the door wouldn't lock from the inside, and the TV wouldn't work. I don't know why, maybe it was just my room. I didn't report it or ask for a room change because it was a hassle. The good thing is the staff was friendly and tried to recover upon checkout.

Staff Assistance: Willing to help, but there was a male receptionist who was a bit curt when we complained about another room, but the technicians and the guys who came to the room were very nice and friendly. Strategic location, spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff.

The room wasn't very clean; some of the tiles were broken, so I was a bit worried about them getting on my feet. The flushing toilet was broken, and the door lock didn't have a chain lock. The room wasn't soundproof either, and there was a lot of noise coming from outside the window.

The room was dirty. I checked in at 3:00 PM and left immediately because it was so dusty. Requests for a room change or upgrade were unsuccessful. My child and I immediately started sneezing and itching.

Ugh, it's so noisy that it's impossible to rest. If you're pressed for time, don't book here. The rooms are nice and clean, but it's a shame they're not soundproof.

The a la carte breakfast was delicious, the staff was friendly, and ashtrays were provided in the rooms, but smoking was prohibited (which was confusing). The rooms were relatively clean, but there were ants, so pest control could be improved. The location is very strategic. Overall, it's worth the price.
