This hotel offers excellent service and the staff were very friendly from check-in to check-out. The facilities are comprehensive, including an indoor swimming pool, gym, table tennis, and a rooftop area with a great view of Malang city with the mountains in the background. I will definitely return here if I ever visit Malang.

Cool, the staff are friendly from CS, security guards, receptionists, engineering staff, especially when I wanted to borrow a screwdriver to fix my suitcase, after I lent it, the engineering staff helped me fix my suitcase, very kind, later if my family and friends want to go to Malang, I recommend this hotel.

I'm most pleased with a clean, comfortable hotel room, especially if the bathroom is clean and odor-free. The staff, from security to housekeeping, are super friendly, but it's a shame I didn't get a chance to try the food. The location is quite close to the Klojen Morning Market, so you can get breakfast there while walking (600m).

Overall it's good, there are lots of food on the menu, it's just that the room isn't soundproof so you can hear the sound of children running from above.
