The room was quite spacious, and the bed linens were spotless. Unfortunately, there were hair and small ants on the floor and table. The AC wasn't cold enough, and the soundproofing wasn't good.

The location is close to Ocean Park, and you can walk to Teras Kota next door. The room was clean, but the AC in room 320 leaked a bit. The staff was friendly. If I get a job in Ocean Park next time, I'll stay here again.

The bathroom was absolutely awful. It looked like this room had never been rented before. It was so high up, and the toilet didn't work in the area for washing. It must have never been rented before. After just a short time in there, everyone was breaking out in hives.

Will get perfect score if the AC worked well.

The receptionist was very nice and quick to respond. The AC was hot, and they initially tried to service it, but nothing changed. After 30 minutes, they moved me to another room, and the AC was really cold. Awesome!
