The receptionist was very nice and quick to respond. The AC was hot, and they initially tried to service it, but nothing changed. After 30 minutes, they moved me to another room, and the AC was really cold. Awesome!

The staff was very friendly and helpful with all your needs during your stay. The rooms were clean and fragrant, and it's highly recommended for tourists. It made your vacation more comfortable and safe. The best facilities at a reasonable price. I love it 🥰

Okay, overall, and close to the jogging track. It's a 50,000 Rupiah Grab ride to Breeze.

The room is spacious, the toilet is clean, the service is good, I suggest providing a discount so that I become a regular customer ✌👍

Check-in came at 2, told to wait until 3 to be given the key, for an executive suite class room, the room was deplorable, the sheets were dirty and filthy, the pillowcases smelled of sweat, the wifi was weak, suggestions for the floor should be given carpet accents in some parts to make it look warm and clean, this already has dark colored ceramic floors, dim lighting, the wall paint is a bit dark so it feels cramped and musty, and add a touch of flowers in the corner of the room to make it look more beautiful and lively.

Overall, it's OK. The service, especially the security, is very helpful. The room looks old, but it's still OK and acceptable. Only the towels need replacing, they're full of holes.

The stay was comfortable, the location was strategic, the staff were all friendly, and the security was helpful. The Wi-Fi was sometimes unstable.

It was good that the hotel is near every place I went to go to, surrounded by malls and food stalls. I had a very good experience.

Overall it's good, but unfortunately in the room I stayed in, the hot water didn't work.
