The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and the pool is clean. Can relax, calm down, chill, its created to be alone hahaha. Very suitable for honeymoon couples or with family

The place is very comfortable.. only glasses and coffee are not available, but there is a water heater.. for the service, I think you can see the guest cover, yes, the service looks very friendly, while those who go there bring a motorbike, look at it one eye, hopefully it will be improved right more service. and professionalism, yes, so that guests are impressed and one more thing, not to disturb guests or small talk asking for something or not, even though guests know how come if they want to order something they will definitely call. Actually this villa is good, but because of the pandemic season, it is not getting much attention.

Old building, looks like it's never been cleaned. The tissue in the former guest's trash has not been thrown away. The sink is clogged. The lights are dim, so scary the swimming pool is dirty. Not as expected, different from the photo. The food is expensive and not delicious, the staff is not friendly, it's rich in training but not directed. Anyway, sorry to pay dearly.

The swimming pool is very dirty, not cleaned. It's useless looking for a private pool, can't swim.

I ordered a one bedroom pool villa but what I got when I checked in was a sharing pool villa on the grounds that the pool had been repaired. Not according to my expectations. Will not stay again. Hopefully the villa can improve.

This is our first time staying in this villas. The location is fine. 20 minutes from center of Ubud. If you are staying in this hotel, make sure to full up your bag. Too lazy to go out. We arrive at 1 pm, the check in supposed to be 2 pm. We called the hotel many times but no one answer it (ask for early check in). Hopeless we come earlier and ask can we do early check in. They say"yes"incredible. I think the staff is just intern. I feel like they still learn to handle something. Owner please if you have intern (lot of interns) teach them how to work. Don't take their effort only for staying without learning something. We went to the room. The design is good. Very good. 2 bellboys was escorting us. So many interns I guess. The room is dirty, they are making the bed but lot of dust. How did I know? I got allergic of dust and I got flu the time that I arrived. The amenities is okay, but I think they didn't check it. Some of the amenities has a brown colour (feels like it was there long time ago). Sometimes the water smell is not good. (maybe because the location is exactly beside ricefields). Ac? We found the remote but we hard to turn it on. I have to find chair and step up on it tu make sure the ac is on. It said 21 c but feels like 25 c. Do regular maintenance please. The welcome drink is awesome. Its good. But guess what? No wifi. I don't know if it because of pandemic. Or they said under maintenance. But I see no wifi on the wifi bar. They put duve bed on the wrong side. It just make me feel bad. The dust on the sheet. They are succes to make me sick. Lot of stain on yellow sofa. Let ' s talk about the pool. It ' s dirty! The water has lot of leaf. I guess it ' s from the ricefield. The floor has some moss, clean it guys! Even the sofa chair in pool area half broken: (. The gazebo? Hahaha if its not dirty, I'm gonna love it. In fact. Lot of bugs, ant, and lizard poo. I feel uncomfortable there. At 8 pm I call the reception to ask about tea and the price. They seems confused and said later. So I said call me when you know it. But, they come to my room without confirming and bring tea and bills. Lucky that I have money and still in the room. I was planning to go out of the hotel to take the tea. Do they have SOP or something. But for the hospitality of the old staff. They are good. Indeed. If you have good maintenance, it will be good and worth price villas. Even in pandemic.

The rooms and pool are not worth it. Still on sale. Very disappointed. Immediately check out after seeing the room.

Oh, I forgot to take a photo, the swimming pool isn't really that bad. Dirty. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time, unprofessional! The staff are all training staff, how can you say there aren't all seniors! I want to stay, want to relax, I want to be given a dirty pool because it's raining! And he said he didn't have a pool cleaner! Strange! Very disappointed! Came into the room, there were no 30 minutes in the room, immediately asked to check out! The staff can only apologize for the condition of the room! Not prepared at all, like not preparing a room for humans!

Sebenarnya villanya nyaman cuma banyak insiden seperti air mati, villanya agak kotor, dan temboknya mengelupas buat villa jadi jelek. Tapi rekomen sih dengan harga miring.

Dengan harga yang sangat terjangkau, villa ini termasuk villa yang sangat bagus. Pegawai ramah, pelayanan sangat baik, tempat bersih, view bagus, tempat tidur luas, harga makanan baik

The place is cool, quiet especially in the morning my husband and I really enjoyed, but the first day arrived at the villa, my husband was swimming with frogs and the gas was dirty, the pillows were dirty too. just ordinary food. but so far, the villa has a +. I like it because it's far from urban, makes it comfortable.

All are very satisfying from the cleaning service in the villa area. Next I will definitely stay again 😁

Even though the location is far from the city center, it is a pleasant place to relax, the villa is surrounded by rice fields and rural atmosphere.
