The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful during check-in and check-out (if you request a ground floor room, you'll be given a quiet room so you can rest). It's clean, and the hot and cold water pressure is excellent. It's also nice to have a place to dry clothes and towels.

<Advantages> The villa is situated within a gated compound guarded by security, and its location is excellent with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The beach is close by, accessible by crossing another resort within the same gated area. All staff are friendly, and a simple breakfast is provided. The rooms are clean, and the swimming pool is well maintained. <Disadvantages> You must cross another resort to reach the beach, and there are warning signs advising against crossing to reach Sanur Beach, which is a bit awkward. The door frames in the rooms are old and don't open easily, and there is a strong unpleasant odour from the bathroom drains. The breakfast is very basic, so don't expect much.

My second time staying, not expecting much actually as we stayed here for the access to the beach and Icon only. The tap was leaking, there was also a dead gacko in the backyard. They also have shortage of staffs during our check in. The receptionist table was empty that we needed to look for her around the building. But it was strategic location indeed, too bad there's been loud maintanence work in the hotel and also pavement construction in the main street in front of the hotel.

Near The Icon Bali Mall, the most I like was the entertainment in the room, they provide smart TV, perfect staycation at Sanur area.

The hotel is comfortable and has close access to the city, clean and the atmosphere is very pleasant.

The villa service is excellent. If there's a room available, you can check in early. The staff is very friendly and helpful in showing you the way to the beach. Beach access is easy, but you have to pass through another villa (Villa Shanti).

It was a great and comfy place. For sure [I] will come back.

It's at a great location, access to the beach is easy and close to restaurants and cafes. Hotel is not new but staff were super friendly and helpful. We upgraded our room to Classic Suite (pic is classic suite not deluxe). Breakfast was ok, many varieties for a small hotel.

We arrived at 3.30am to be greeted by a smiling very helpful man, and he was still there smiling and working at midday. Room were great, clean, comfortable and spacious, the pool while not a large one is the same size as mine at hotel and met my needs. Would totally recommend it

Everything is okay and very enjoyable

everything is satisfying except for the staff who handle breakfast, twice I had breakfast and twice the STAFF DID NOT OFFER ANY EGG SERVICE, during the first breakfast, after we finished eating there was a British guest who was served with egg service, the next day I came they were silent and finally I asked if there was a new egg service they made it, then after I had a new Aussie guest come they immediately offered egg service, I noticed they prioritize egg service for Non-Local guests, is that part of the Breakfast SOP?

We booked the deluxe room but unfortunately we were given other type of room. Eventhough it was an upgrade and a suite room but the room was old and scary. It is located at amansari villa. My son was a kind of indigo child and he looked scared and not comfortable. I have to ask for other room and luckily there was 1 available room which the staff said was still on refurbishment.But we had no choice and that room was a bit okay. I also requested to change to the room that I initially booked which was a deluxe.Luckily it was available the next day. We were satisfied enough with the room condition. But to come back is a no no. I rather stay at other hotels.

The staff is helpful and friendly and the location is very strategic.

It was a pretty good hotel, child friendly and the only hotel I could find with breakfast included for a last minute book 👍🏼.

Close to the beach and has access to it, many food and retail option surroundings. Good choice if you visit Sanur with limited budget.
