I stay here with my son and husband. So check in my husband found cigarette butts in the room beside the mattress, and the room maid apologized directly. And the next day when check out, the receptionist accused us of removing a small towel in the bathroom, with a fine of 100 thousand rupiah. But we do not wear at all.
