Staff were amazing. Rooms and pool and food and amenities were PERFECT. Staff would not let me life a finger!! Thanks for the memorable and meaningful stay. I WILL BE BACK.

I expected a much better veiw for a upgradeed room with a king sized bed.

Beautiful recently remodeled hotel with nice pool next to the beach 9.5/10. Hotel room was good size and beds were fairly comfortable and good size. Room had small fridge, bottles of water and heated kettle with coffee/tea. Bathroom was beautifully remodeled with turquoise accents including the shower, which I appreciated the darker color. This also was coordinated with the rest of the room and throughout the hotel. This was probably my favorite thing about this hotel.

Bedding was very comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Didn’t mind paying a little extra for the VIP stay, but was a little disappointed that the buffet was not available the day we checked in. My wife is very picky but she also enjoyed the buffet.

Was a great achievement, but when ask for coffee refill never bring cream or Excellent customer service, super good bar service, only when we asked for coffee for the room they only brought 2 individual bags

I didn't like that the outside bar closed at 10pm. The room size was also a bit small - but it was a nice room.

I was just there for an overnight trip. The staff was friendly and professional. However, the front desk person was indifferent to my mentioned that there was no hot water for my shower. He gave some excuse about maintenance being done, which i know was not truthful or accurate. Certainly there was no apology. other than “sorry”

What i did not like is house keeping....why is hoyse keeping sliw in cleaning rooms like 5pm or one time 7pm.it should be done in the morning while we are out not when we are resting already.our room was serviced once at 7 days stay bec.it was late in pm.
