Located in a rundown area. Noisy inside the building from 4am in the morning. Leaking shower base causing water ponding in the bathroom floor.

Great seaport view and perfect location to visit the city. Room relatively spacious, fairly clean considering that it is an old building. Access to the gallery is shared (my chair was taken by others at some point). My corner unit was receiving noise and fume from street cars and trucks (sometimes there was a strong CO2 smell in the bathroom). Breakfast was included, and the buffet was good but not extravagant.

Our stay was overall good with no complaints. This is a budget hotel that is a little dated. That being said, the service is wonderful. The very nice breakfast with coffee of your choice, croissants, fresh juice, cold cuts etc. was a delight and a convenience to get us going early in the mornings. It is a great location for walking to the ferry or cruise terminal.

One of few hotels in downtown P-a-P, so not much choice if one wants/needs to be in that area. Room was clean, a bit worn and tiny, with even tinier bath. BUT within walking distance of Memorial ACTe (Museum on Caribbean slave trade) that is a must-see for anyone interested in history. Fantastic modern building on waterfront with terrific galleries. Audio guides in multiple languages.

Adequate in good location with clean room and good wifi. At the port and within a 15 mins walk of the Caribbean intra island ferries port which was reason to choose. Great staff and extra helpful...

Hotel is in a sketchy part of town. Rooms are cramped, beds were small. Everything closed early in town, hard to get food or resources. Ants in the bathroom. People were moving big furniture all night long, noisy. Would not go back here.

The location is great, walkable to the Maritime Port, the main shopping area, and various bus stations. Front desk staff has been very helpful, especially Stan.

One night stay before getting the early morning ferrry to Dominica. the ferry port is about 1km away so needed taxi to get there. (Hoped it would be closer). Hotel was o.k. but surrounding area run down.

This is a very basic hotel, the rooms are very small, the bed is small and uncomfortable, no coffee maker or kettle, nothing really to recommend it except the staff were pleasant. They are busy and can charge what they do because of their location - walking distance to bus, ferry and cruise terminals. It is also close to the shopping area although everything closes at about 5 or 5:30 so there is nowhere to eat after that.

Tight quarters but clean and good for a place to overnight on the way to elsewhere. The continental breakfast was impressive for the price. We’d stay again.

The location on the water is nice, the general neighborhood is the older center of Point-a Pître, a mixed bag. We chose it to have a place to sleep after arriving late or departing early from the airport. It's perfectly fine and functional, not far from MemorialACTE, the must-see, strikingly modern museum on slavery.
