emplacement ideal pour un excellent sejour. personnel tres acceuillant., chambre tres bien entretenues. commerces de proximite. Petit dejeuner en terrasse, parking gratuit et Wiffi.

L’emplacement est idéal afin d’être proche de plusieurs plages en voiture, épicerie à 20 secondes à pied, boulangerie 30 secondes à pied, vraiment utile le matin. Il y a des bons restaurants tout près. Très belle piscine à l’hôtel, les gens sont accueillants et la plage du diamant est très belle mais parfois agitée. Il est préférable de prendre la vue sur la mer, très belle vue. Je retournerais à cet endroit sans hésiter.

Chambre et lieux publics propres. Vue sur la mer du balcon de la chambre. Personnel aidant. Plage peu aménagée. Belle piscine peu profonde. Suffisamment de transat autour de la piscine.

The hotel is right on the beach! A short walk away is the main part of the town! The staff is super helpful! Sylvie, at the restaurant, was super friendly and welcoming!

Nous avions la villa, en face de la mer. Magnifique vue sur la mer et le rocher du diamant. De bonnes vagues mais plage propre et agréable. On peut tout de meme s'y baigner. La villa est un peu vieille mais fonctionnelle petit bemol fourmis et avons vu 2 cockerelles... Piscine propre. Le dejeuner est couteux pour le peu de choix disponibles. Nous n'avons pas souper à cet hotel. Overall experience bien sans plus.

We had a serious leak of water from our ceiling and had to move out after 3 days. The owner of the property initially agreed to compensate us, but then simply ghosted us! DON'T GO THERE

Un très bel établissement que je n’hésiterais pas à recommander pour quelques nuitées au Diamant. Nous avons plutôt déçus du restaurant - buffet petit-déjeuner aux choix très limités et repas du soir assez fade – mais autrement, la chambre était moderne et bien aménagée et l’emplacement exceptionnel. À souligner aussi : le service attentif et toujours souriant à la réception.

Quiet, a bit dated. The beach was closed off from the hotel because it was "broken", so we were told. But you could get to it by walking through the town a ways. There was a great pâtisserie across the street, and a small grocery store was next door, both very convenient. There was a small kitchenette on the balcony of our room which was nice to keep food cold and heat stuff up in the microwave. Staff was great, tho some did not speak English, thank goodness for Google Translate. Pool was nice although too cold for me to go into in January. Wasn't a whole lot to do in town, and really for that reason alone, I probably would not return to Diamant.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and our room was really nice. Greta vibe, amazing food and the beach front is special! Definitely recommended!

It’s all the little things…..the breakfast was really bad. One person serving….dirty uncleaned tables so nowhere to sit, everything constantly needing refilling like bread and butter, no cutlery, no plates, no coffee cups…unless you ask……then you get you biggest issue and it’s a Martinique issues to be fair, nobody speaks English. I get it, it’s French, but to dismiss us trying to speak French and pretending to not understand a word of English….a bit tough. Be prepared to HAVE to speak French and don’t expect great service and you’ll be fine.

I personally would not recommend this hotel. We had a room in the garden floor level. It looked and felt like being put in the basement (hallway is dark and damp when you come out of the elevator. There were about 20 mosquitos in our room, as well as a small crab (!!!). The internet does not extend to the garden floor room. It took 1:05 minutes to load a website after clicking something. The receptionist at the front desk gave us insecticide for the mosquitos, a broom to chase out the crab, and a WiFi booster for the room. She was aware of v the WiFi issues, but didn’t offer the booster beforehand. So overall we were able to resolve issues, but it took about an hour of our time. The hotel looks nice in pictures but significantly less so in person.

Overall great area and property. Well maintained with very friendly staff. The only negative would be the hotel restaurant which really isn't worth the premium, especially in comparison to surrounding options.

Hôtel très bien situé dans le Diamant avec accès au bord de l’eau. L’établissement offre une vue de premier rang sur le Diamant. Les chambres sont confortables, spacieuses et propres. Le stationnement est facile et situé directement devant l’hôtel. Les airs communs tel que le restaurant sont très bien et la piscine est magnifique. La petite cuisinette dans la chambre est pratique et le balcon de la chambre est très bien aussi. Nous avons bien aimé l’établissement. Hors, certaines attentions au niveau du service à la clientèle nous ont un peu déçus. Tout d’abord, nous avons voyagé en saison basse et l’accès à la chambre avant 15h30 n’était pas possible malgré que l’hôtel avait très peu de clients. Exceptionnellement, ils nous ont donné les clefs pour 14h30 puisque mon conjoint était très malade et attendait inconfortablement dans l’entrée depuis 13h30. Une seule clé de chambre était permise pour deux ce qui me forçait à déranger le personnel et ou cogner et réveiller mon conjoint malade à chaque fois que je revenais à la chambre. L’internet en chambre était très problématique et non fonctionnel. Certaines remarques du personnel lors du petit déjeuner pour nous rappeler qu’il était dépassé 10h00 am ont aussi été fait avec manque de tact. En gros, un très bel établissement bien situé avec un service à améliorer
