I was staying with two people, but only one toothbrush was provided, although it was eventually provided. Check-out time was strictly enforced, and there was no tolerance for delays of more than two hours, even just one hour. They had to charge the fee!

2 days stay, 2x lights went out with a card access system that was never explained before.... The most delicious breakfast menu is crackers and boiled eggs. Security guards are not friendly. Please improve the system and service again.

I really like it here. There are so many food options to choose from. Wow, no need to look any further. I can fill up with gas right in front. It's also close to Alfamart and Indomaret. It's also close to Tunjungan Mall. I really love shopping there.
