I have stayed here many times. Because the twin beds are quite big so it can accommodate 4 people. Only the food lacks variety if you stay for a long time., so I get bored with the food.

Every time I go to Kuching, I always stay here. Overall, it's perfect.

Got a room that wasn't soundproof. Then there was noise from the next room.

Overall good, cleanliness, room comfort, and facilities are quite good. Delicious and varied breakfast, and friendly staff. However, there are some points that can be improved, such as the quality of Wi-Fi. Thanks 🙏

This has been our favorite hotel so far. The staff are incredibly friendly and kind, especially the restaurant team. They went above and beyond by preparing a special meal for my autistic son when there was nothing on the menu he wanted to eat. We are truly grateful for their thoughtfulness and care.

Staying at this hotel is very satisfying. One area with the Mall so you don't get bored in the room. Near affordable places to eat. Next time if you go to Kuching, you will stay here again

Luxurious 4-star hotel. The rooms are very nice and the privacy of the room is maintained because not everyone can enter the room floor because they have to use the room key to access the intended room floor There is a restaurant, lobby lounge, room service, swimming pool, sauna, gym and meeting room/room for wedding events The bathroom is very clean, there is a bathtub, toiletries and water heater facilities The room has a nice view, the room is quite spacious, there is a TV, wardrobe, laundry, iron in the room, safety box, mini refrigerator, complimentary tea and coffee, lounge chairs and work desks and chairs Very close access from Kuching Sentral and Kuching International Airport which is 3-4km away. Access to Boulevard Mall can be done through the hotel lobby area on the 2nd floor on the left. You can go shopping or eat at Boulevard Mall This hotel is very strategic and you may come back to stay again

The hotel is clean and spacious, check out and check in services are very helpful.

If we go to Kuching, we will definitely stay here because the hotel is strategically located near places to eat and shop. The room is ok and the cleanliness is ok, the food is also delicious. Recommended. Gooooddd.

The breakfast variety is inferior to the 4 star Aston Pontianak even though it is a 5 star

The facilities are complete. There is a gym and swimming pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The AC is cold. Recommended to stay there.
