The location is strategic; those coming to Bali by bus can get off right in front of this hotel. For under 500,000 Rupiah and a bathtub, it's a great deal.

Wow, this hotel is really good for me. For that price, I got a room like that. First time I was really amazed by the room, it really was like a 5-star hotel room. Big Smart TV, super wow bathroom, there is an outdoor area. Unfortunately, the facilities are not well maintained even though they are really good. The water in the toilet smells bad, but the shower and bathtub are okay, no smell. The shower water can't be turned on, the water is hot. The hair dryer has a small wind. No soap, no slippers. Breakfast is not very varied but still okay. This rating is only because the room is spacious, the room layout is wow. The rest is just okay, aka enough, not wow.

Recommended hotel for honeymoon. The shortcomings are no slippers. The elevator needs improvement, and the soap. The room has a bathtub; the food is delicious, varied, and the location is strategic. Taking the MTRANS bus can directly drop you in front of the hotel.

The room is aesthetically pleasing and spacious, with a bathtub. The lobby area is spacious. The staff is friendly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a resort-style hotel in Kuta, Bali. overall ok... just need to be equipped with hot water for bathing.....so great...

The hot water for the shower didn't work, so we were moved to a room that did. I recommend changing the towels to white and softer ones, as the brown ones are too rough. The room door was broken, but it was immediately repaired. The food was lacking in both variety and taste. I hope everything gets better, from the walls, air conditioning, woodwork, and the room layout needs to be reconsidered. 🫶🏻

Check-in took a long time, the lights in the hallway were pitch black, the lights were off. I had previously tried to think okay, it's okay, maybe the staff forgot to turn on the lights. But when I wanted to enter the room, the door wouldn't open. As a result, I went back to ask the staff, who immediately checked it, but it still didn't work. Finally, I called a technician to fix it. It took more than half an hour after check-in time. When I entered the room, I was shocked to see lots of glass, in front of the bed there was a super large glass and it was a bit uncomfortable. Checking the bathroom, the water smelled bad, had a salty taste and was clogged. Honestly, just washing my face and brushing my teeth was uncomfortable, so I used Aqua water. Then in the shower, I was really surprised when a centipede suddenly appeared from the water drain. I really panicked, the atmosphere in the hotel room was also very scary. My suggestion is maybe improve the service again and if possible renovate the hotel again for customer comfort, because the hotel is very old. Thank you 🙏
