The breakfast menu selection is standard, the taste is okay. The hot water in the bathroom shower is a medium temperature, not hot, but also not cold. The room facilities are okay for the price. There are two things that are annoying and make this hotel not recommended: First, the wall material of this hotel seems very thin, noise from outside the room is very easy to enter the room. Second, what is really annoying, this hotel has a jingle that plays on the speakers in front of almost every room, and this jingle plays from morning until night, 11 or 12. If not asked to turn it off, the jingle is not turned off. The first day of stay, the jingle was still on until 10:45 PM, when asked why it was still on so late, the answer was "We usually turn it off at 11 PM." The question is, why do we have to wait until 11 PM? Do you think it will not disturb people's rest? On the second day of my stay, the jingle was still on until 11:15 PM. When I asked why it hadn't been turned off yet, the answer was different, "We usually turn it off at 11:30 PM, sis." That was really strange. Their standard operating procedure (SOP) needs to be questioned. Aside from those two things, this hotel is just average, okay to stay in, but since comfort is number 1, I wouldn't want to stay here again.

We chose Zodiak Kebon Kawung near Bandung Station as a transit hotel for a business trip in Banjar. Many culinary points (Cuangki, Tahu, Baso, and other culinary options are available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. GrabFood/GoFood is also an option at the hotel. Walking 5 minutes to Indomaret, Alfamart, and Kartika store. Fast check-in/check-out, clean room, friendly staff, and comfortable. Thank you Traveloka.

Suitable as a transit hotel, the standard price is worth it considering the facilities. Hopefully, improvements will be made to make it even better.

The room was dirty. The toilet was very dirty, the water was yellow. The AC was leaking. They asked for the room to be cleaned, but they didn't sweep or mop it, just made the bed.

The breakfast wasn't tasty and lacked variety. There were no laundry bags or tissues in the room. There were only a few TV channels.

The room wasn't very clean, with lots of hair and a strong smell of cigarettes. A cigarette butt was found under the bed, and a bra was found under the bed. The location is great, close to everything. Please improve the cleanliness.

The message said that smoking was allowed but the window couldn't be opened, and there were lipstick stains on the blanket.

The hotel seems to be an old building, the vibe walking to the room corridor is a bit scary, but the music helps reduce the feeling of fear. The room door is broken, so even though we locked the room, other people can still enter without card access. This is very crucial, please pay attention to the hotel. The first day we entered the room, the room was not very clean, the floor felt dirty. The room size is quite small with no air ventilation. In fact, ventilation is provided for smoking. Worried about the room smelling of cigarettes, so we chose the VIP room without windows (ventilation). The toilet flush kept leaking. Very little soap and shampoo were given for a 3 day 2 night stay. The food variety was lacking, the bread was dry and the butter seemed stale. The fried rice tasted mediocre. As for the surrounding area, it was busy and there were lots of snacks near Alfamart and Indomaret too.

I've been on several business trips to Bandung, but this is my first time staying at Zodiak Kebun Kawung. The location is very strategic, there are lots of places to eat, the rooms are clean and comfortable, close to Bandung station, highly recommended. Maybe there's just one thing missing, coincidentally there wasn't a Qibla direction sign in my room, maybe you could add one, thank you.
