The meal was top-notch, unlike other 5-star hotel breakfasts with no taste. Breakfast in Sheraton was delicious, the spread was amazing, from western to Indonesian foods. My family enjoys staying for the breakfast time.

the hotel is nice, the food is amazing...delicious the swimming pool is also nice...it just lacks a lift for those who are lazy

We were staying with our kids (2y and 1y). Everything was amazing. Clean room, delicious food, friendly staff and good location. Lots of amazing kids activities. One thing we suggest to improve though is the baby crib. It was a hard steel white crib. thanks Sheraton for your hospitality 🙏🏼

Good Place, Good ambience and Good Staff

Had an amazing stay overall. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room and the surroundings hotel are clean and comfortable. Food have a lot of variety and good taste.

Great service from Sheraton, thank you Mr. Sandy, housekeeping staff who found my clutch that was left in the room when I checked out.
