Had an amazing stay overall. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room and the surroundings hotel are clean and comfortable. Food have a lot of variety and good taste.

Good location and good service compared to other 5 star hotels. Some cons: - Toilet water does not drain fast. Floor is too flat so water pools. - Fitness equipment is all broken. - Small swimming pool.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay at Sheraton Bandung. From start to finish, the service was amazing. The staff are top-notch—they are friendly, attentive, and make me feel truly welcomed. I can say that this is a hotel with the most caring and warmest staff I have ever met in Bandung! The rooms are clean, fragrant, spacious, and very comfortable to rest in. The interior design is also elegant but still homey, making you feel very at home. Outdoor facilities such as the garden and swimming pool are also very well maintained. The garden is green, beautiful, and very quiet—perfect for a morning walk or just sitting around enjoying the atmosphere. The most enjoyable thing is that there is a children's pool with warm water—this is a big plus for families! Swimming in the morning while listening to the sound of insects and the cool breeze sweeping through the garden creates a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The children are happy, and the parents also relax. The natural nuances are really felt, making the morning a healing moment in itself. The main pool is also clean and refreshing, with a tropical and comfortable surrounding area design. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is very calm and peaceful, perfect for those who want to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The food is also no less satisfying! There are many variations of the menu, all delicious and well-prepared. From breakfast to dinner, there are always interesting and appetizing choices. Plus, the lobby area looks very grand and artistic—with a beautiful glass ceiling installation and tropical plant decorations that add an elegant and fresh impression. In short, the experience of staying here was really pleasant and satisfying. Highly recommended, and I will definitely come back here if I go to Bandung

honestly from all the 4 and 5 star hotels in bandung that we have ever visited. so far sheraton bandung is the hotel with the friendliest and most caring staff in bandung raya in our opinion. the standard room is quite spacious with a soft and wide bed. it's comfortable anyway. breakfast has a lot of variations plus it's delicious. overall very satisfied especially with the staff service. good job!!

every time we go to Bandung, our family always book at Sheraton. and coincidentally I am also a member of Bonvoi Marriott, yesterday when I stayed I booked 2 rooms, 1 room got a good condition like on the usual visits, but when my room, the AC of the room I got was not cold and I had complained twice to call a technician but there was no result, it still felt not as cold as usual, the AC was quite comfortable but for us it was not cold enough so we complained at that time and it was immediately responded to but the technician came twice with no result, we are thinking about whether to choose Sheraton again for the next trip?

We spent 2 nights in the hotel, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel offers a kids friendly area with lots of kids activities in the backyard.

This is one of the 5 stars oldies but goldie in Bandung. Stayed here during the peak Eid Al Fitri period. Although the hotel was packed but the staff maintained their friendliness and greeted us at all times. Lots of kids activities, swimming, horse riding, rabbit feeding and more games available. Breakfast spread was great, but please change the stale cashew in the jar on the Charcuterie Board. All and all.. Kudos Sheraton Bandung

It was good, but it could have been better for a hotel of this standard, especially in terms of accessibility for people with disabilities and luggage. The stairs in the lobby make it difficult to carry suitcases and other items.

It's perfect. There's convenience store nearby. The food option outside the hotel is good. The food in the hotel is perfect, our kids eat almost double from their usual portion. There gym is great, although the pool might not that big but it's comfortable. The room is big (fit 2 adult and 2 children easily). Every staff is commendable, from the front desk, cleaner, restaurant even the horse keeper (yes they have a horse). In short, it was really a wonderful stay for us

ROOM: my favorite for a large hotel like this is a terraced room that is on the ground. So it is easy to orientate all the hotel locations while jogging, and drinking coffee on the terrace (not smoking, yes, we are not smokers). For the facilities in the room, it's okay, good in my opinion, worthy of being called 5 stars. The quality of the bed and pillows is good and comfortable, the compliments are also all quite good. shampoo, conditioner, body soap are special. OUTDOOR FACILITIES: Suitable for children, especially toddlers or at least under 10 years old. * horse riding with friendly mas * animal feeding (fish and rabbits), with friendly staff too. * indoor and outdoor playground. * activity field, there is minigolf, badminton, mini futsal, basketball, giant snakes and ladders, and other dexterity games. * a beautiful garden with a beautiful view, the mountains and the upper Dago area are visible from this garden. All of these activities are closer/easily accessible from the deluxe balcony (terrace) type on the 1st and 2nd floors (the hotel's land type is terraced, so the room terraces on the 1st and 2nd floors are both on the ground, right? Hehe There is a beautiful and clean jogging track, but in my opinion it's a little bit too wide BREAKFAST MENU: Very varied, lots of choices, with a pretty good taste, just not special yet. There are also lots of restaurant staff and all are friendly and quick to help guests. NOTE: For peak season, maybe it could be prepared more thoroughly, so that an incident like what I experienced yesterday doesn't happen again, even though the problem solving was quite fast and good.
