Everything was very pleasant, but the check-in time was relatively long, almost a half-hour wait, and my request for a complimentary Happy Holiday treat for my children was completely unanswered, without even a notification. Perhaps next time they could be more detailed.

At the begginning check in not that smooth I’ve waited for almost 30-40min maybe? But they handled it very professional. They said appogize cause made me wait too long and upgrade my room for free. Thanks Sasha.. pleasant stay, heart warming staff, many variant good food, several juice choices, free welcome drinks and snacks. This is school holiday so they had many kids atttaction like riding horse, feeding rabbit, feeding fish. Indoor and outdoor playgrounds. Warm pool for kids. So happy stay here. Interesting. There's a family staycation promotion so you can also have dinner. The staff is friendly. Perfect for staying with children. Unfortunately, it's not very soundproof.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Sheraton Bandung. The service was great, the staffs are friendly and really helpful and the food was also delicious. One of the front staff even remembered my name (small things but it matters 😀). They also give discount for our in-room dining meal. Thank you Sheraton, definitely will come back 😀

Stayed in Sheraton for my mom's birthday getaway. With the help of Miss Sasha, check-in was smooth and they accommodated our request for a connecting room. The room itself was spacious, cold (which [is] really nice), and with enough amenities. Because we came on weekdays and still on [the] fasting month, the pool [was] quite empty, so we had a blast. We tried the gym too (access with room card) and they had essential gym equipment. Breakfast was marvelous! So many food varieties and all the staff [were] attentive while we ate breakfast. Over all we had [an] excellent stay[ed] at Sheraton Bandung. Thank you so much to all the staff for the hospitality. Hope we can stay again.

It's just way beyond my expectations. It wasn't the first time we stayed here, but this time was just awesome. The hotel was generous enough to give us free dinner and club lounge access.
