The bed is uncomfortable, as it only has a board support and isn't soft enough. The TV isn't a smart TV, and the hairdryer doesn't work. Please review the room's comfort immediately.

Good service and great access.

During my 5-day stay here, it's in the city center, next to Indomart and others. To get to the TP, just turn left and 5 minutes to arrive, in front of the hotel is the large Gramedia Surabaya. The point is very strategic, including the right side near the culinary area, especially behind the hotel. The atmosphere in the room is nice, spacious, not minimalist, clean. During my 5-day stay, the food menu changed except for bread, fruit, okay, this is standard, but everything was delicious. Awesome. Friendly and always helpful when asked for help. Available 24 hours. The AC is cold even when turned off, the atmosphere is comfortable, the service is good, the food is good, the hotel location is very strategic, suitable for families or alone. Okay, in my opinion, the location and facilities are quite cheap, around 350k-450k per night (before deducting the app voucher). Very strategic, close to Gramedia, TP, Culinary.

An interesting experience staying at Ibis

I had a very pleasant stay, with a clean, cool, and fragrant room. The hot water worked well, and the staff at check-in and check-out were very helpful, even the security guard was friendly. If I return to Surabaya, I will definitely stay here again.

Ibis Surabaya City Center is probably one of the best values for a hotel in Surabaya. I am reluctant to state that because I want to keep it a hidden gem, but I have a habit of giving a review if it is excellent. It's particularly great if you want to work in the hotel. My small room felt great for working and the room appointment felt effective.

Drinking water is taken from the dispenser yourself, coffee, tea, or sugar are not provided like most hotels.

The room smells musty... The sheets look like they've been used, they smell of sweat... The bathroom smells of urine.

During the 3 days, it was a shame that I didn't try the spa due to time constraints.

The restaurant waiter is not friendly, not agile

The strategic location in the city center makes it perfect and saves time getting around. The amenities are standard for a three-star hotel, but the TV only has an antenna and is of outdated quality. The staff is very friendly; I even asked for an iron, and it was immediately brought to me. If possible, bring a tumbler, as gallon jugs will be provided for mineral water in the room.

Location good, clean, room space good. Will come back.
