The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly, and I was thrilled to be upgraded to a room with direct pool access. The hotel is strategically located, with cafes, street food stalls, and Yu Djum's 24-hour gudeg (food stall) nearby. My next trip to Yogyakarta will definitely be back.

As usual, if you go to Jogja, you will definitely stay here.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with beautiful views of the Yogyakarta Tugu area. The breakfast menu is also varied. The swimming pool is clean and pleasant to swim in. Every time I visit Yogyakarta, I always stay at Hotel 101 Yogyakarta Tugu.

Hotel towels always smell of cigarette smoke. Laundry advice is given separately for smoking and non-smoking rooms. The advice was repeated the next day. Noises could be heard from the next room.

The hotel is not far from the White Monument. The staff and security guards are friendly. The food is delicious and varied. I'll schedule another trip to The 101.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. I got a free room upgrade. It's just a short walk to the monument. There are plenty of eateries around the hotel. There's a kids' corner for breakfast, and a mini playground would be even more fun. 😁

It looks like it will be our favorite hotel in Yogyakarta, especially if you want to be close to the Malioboro area. If it is too close to Malioboro Street, it will be much more expensive and often have problems such as road closures, etc. But that's not the only thing that makes this hotel different. For those looking for a hotel with a balcony, this hotel from the lowest class to the most expensive definitely has a balcony. The pool is enough for us and my child. The breakfast variety is more than a 3-star hotel and of course the taste is never disappointing. The service and hospitality of the staff and hotel staff are number 1. The rooms are also nice and tidy. The service is extraordinary, especially our room got a free upgrade to a junior suite... very happy. Thank you 101 Hotel Tugu Yogyakarta. Of course, there is a note that the car park is small compared to the number of rooms. But overall 👍

Parking is the only thing that's a bit of a hassle because it's limited, but the place is okay, it's nice.

The room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was very varied, nice.
