We stayed at Natura Resort & Spa to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was truly a wonderful experience. Our flight schedule changed unexpectedly, and we contacted the resort to ask if we could change our dates. Veren was incredibly kind and understanding and helped us rearrange our stay without any hassle. We really appreciated how friendly, professional, and helpful she was throughout the process. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush nature and jungle. Our room was amazing, especially the private pool, which made our anniversary stay even more special. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the natural beauty throughout the resort was breathtaking. The entire staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They even helped us arrange a motorbike rental, which made exploring Ubud much easier. A special thank you to Veren for all her help before and during our stay. Her kindness and willingness to help made a real difference and gave us such a positive first impression of the resort. It was very awesome stay, nice cozy room with private infinity pool and large gazebo also wonderful green view in heavenly landscape, was imunity booster indeed. Helpful and friendly staff make it perfect. Very recommended place to stay with family.

We tried our best to be positive, but was very disappointed. Location is slightly away from the center. The place is understaffed, very outdated and unclean. This means moldy surfaces, especially. In the bathroom and pool. Bugs and spider webs all over the room including the bed. Personally they make the space a little bit eerie and uncomfortable, so if its not your thing, maybe you can reconsider. We tried to put up with all of the above, but after seeing a huge gecko running freely by our bed, we forfeited our room and moved to another hotel (we booked 2 nights). In conclusion, don't expect everything to be as pretty as the pictures. The hotel had aged heavily and the lack of staff contributes to the uncleanliness. Will not bother to return and recommend it.

Tema resortnya back to nature. Suasananya tenang, cocok buat yang pengen liburan tapi jauh dari keramaian seperti saya apalagi sedang pandemi. Jangan takut buat liburan karena semua mematuhi perotokol kesehatan, dan pelayanan yang ramah serta sangat membantu.

I booked the Villa Valey View type (if I am not mistaken), they said it’s the most favorite type and yes, I do really love it. The room’s spacious, romantic, warm, and zen. It has a private a-bit-small-infinity pool but enough for a couple. You can hear the sound from the river. And the bathroom, you’ll get shower room, bathtub, complete amenities, ah everything’s just perfect. Naturally, perfect natural, if you get what I mean. I recommend you to order this room type. You won’t regret it.

It's been the 2nd time staying here, the place is very comfortable and completely natural, the rooms are spacious even though the cleanliness is not maximal (maybe because of the pandemic) but still comfortable to live in

The staff was friendly and kind, my room was upgraded so that it could be close to the family but the villa was poorly maintained, the pool was dirty, smells of strong chlorine and there was gecko droppings in the bathroom maybe a corona effect so the CS staff staff had a little natural villa view.

Hidden Gem in Ubud! I got free Upgrade to Pool Villa in new normal Holiday. Impressive place. definintely will back to Natura!
