The staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. A complaint about a broken AC was promptly addressed. Although the hotel is old, it's very clean, comfortable, and has a peaceful atmosphere. It's strategically located.

The staff were very friendly, especially the security guards and restaurant staff. The rooms were clean, the air conditioning was cool, there was a gym, and a swimming pool. The food, especially the bread, was very sweet, not savory enough—perhaps that's typical of Central Javanese food, so I tolerated it. The location is very strategic.
