Stayed in the Premier Room, the building is a bit old-fashioned but the room is great and very clean, very comfortable staying here. The hotel is spacious, green because of the many gardens and trees, nice lobby, outdoor swimming pool, nice beach view, the staff are all friendly overall, but only 1 female staff in the restaurant who was on duty during breakfast hours was a bit indifferent and grumpy when we reported our room and entered the restaurant. But overall this hotel is highly recommended and I want to come back to stay there again

This was a perfect quick stop, refreshing in the giant pool they have before sailing to meet the dolphins right from there. Food was good and the service really good. Shout out to the students doing their apprenticeship there, they were the best and really worked hard to make sure everything worked, so don't forget to tip them well!

A very pleasant hotel, beautiful surroundings and access to the beach, even though it is near the beach, the environment around the hotel is very shady, lots of trees and flowers, and thank you New Sunari for your attention, booked a deluxe room and was upgraded to a premium room for free

It's very comfortable to stay here.. every time I go to Singaraja I definitely choose this place.. the staff are helpful, clean, the facilities are good, the rooms are spacious, the distance from the room to the poll and restaurant is quite good.. while exercising.. the food has a variety of traditional menus and there is an Indomie stand.. there's usually a queue hihii

The hotel is cool, clean, comfortable, when I checked in I was lucky I could get in at 12. Direct access to the beach and many people offer dolphin tours at affordable prices. Unfortunately there is a bathtub facility but there is no lid, I have told the staff but they said there is no lid, so there is a bathtub but it can't be used. The front of the hotel is close to the crowd so it's easy if you want to find food. Overall the best

Overall is good experience!! All the staff are friendly ! The view’s great! The Access to the boat that carry us to see the dolphin is very easy since its close to this hotel. My suggestion only the bed, the bed seems a lil too soft.

staying at sunari was amazing. unfortunately we arrived too late and were too tired, so we couldn't make the most of all the facilities. but the place, the friendly staff and the variety of food were very enjoyable..

Maintain the good and improve service

the staff are all good the hotel is cool, you can directly access to see dolphins in the back there are also 2 swimming pools in the middle and behind near the beach the kids really like staying there

The room size is quite spacious, the furniture is a bit old but well maintained and comfortable, the AC is cold. In the bathroom there is a hair dryer and some amenities, although not bright enough. On the beach behind the hotel, very close to the boat ride to see dolphins in the morning. The downside, in the early morning when I stayed, several dogs barked at each other in the hall, quite disturbing my sleep. Then on the balcony floor, there were leftover food scattered, probably from previous guests.

Quite convenient location, very friendly staff, comfortable and safe rooms

a great stay, quality room and resort gardens and facilities. My wife was especially impressed with her massage at the spa, quality oils used and staff knowledge. Thank you Sinta and friend! Using the gym I found a couple of the equipment not working, might need a check over. Also a towel rack would be handy. Overall highly recommended!

It should be underlined that this is a resort, not a hotel, so the place is indeed that comfortable. Everything is good and satisfying, only the food is not salty enough and still hard.

The staff are nice and helpful, the vibes are calming, easy access to the beach, the breakfast is so good.

The room is very spacious, AC is very well maintained, and the room is very clean. Minus: The bathroom is old and dated and needs renovation for the bathtub and others.

The hotel is beautiful. The room is comfortable. The AC takes a while to cool down, and there is a slight problem with the bathtub cover which is missing. But it can be communicated to the hotel. The wifi is smooth. Behind the hotel is the place where the appointment is to be picked up for the Dolphin Tour.
