Saya booking 2 bedroom villa private pool. Waktu check in saya dikasih villa no 403 yang sedang direnovasi, sangat tidak profesional. Akhirnya dipindah ke villa 3 bedroom private pool. Masalah muncul lagi ketika air bersih di kamar tidak mengalir. Setelah komplain akhirnya air mengalir sangat kotor. Solusi dari pihak hotel hanya meminta tamu untuk terus membuka kran sampai air kembali bersih. Halo saya tamu diminta merangkap menjadi enginering! Interior hotel sangat tidak bersih sepertinya sudah lama tidak ada tamu menginap.

Lingkungan sekitar nyaman, tenang, sangat aman, saya pilih kamar dengan private poll, kamar sangat luas, bisa untuk keluarga dengan 4 anak, terdapat 2 bed double, kamar mandi juga sangat luas, ruangan dengan bathtub tersendiri langsung akses ke private pool, set meja makan n meja kursi tamu, kabersihan agak kurang karena bangunan lama. Kesan tempo doloe sangat terasa.

Was given a free upgrade, really beyond imagination, amazing, the receptionist was very friendly, the covid-19 protocol was implemented well, the hotel area was very spacious, the villa with spacious rooms, amazing, thank you the payogan villa resort & spa.

The atmosphere is comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly and agile, at first I was hesitant to check in early and it turned out I could. The food in the restaurant is also delicious and the price is very worth it.

Sangat sangat puas, kamarnya bersih, luas, pemandanganya keren bangets, airnya bersih, air kolamnya juga bersih dan gak bau kaporit, staffnya ramah ramah, pokoknya puas dah, nanti kalau ke bali lagi, wajib keknya nginep di sini, makasih.

At first, I was hesitant to stay here after reading some reviews which said that there was an additional fee if you were over person. It turned out to be a 'big no' because the addition was indeed for an extra breakfast, it was cheap and quite reasonable. The resort area is really spacious and to get to the villa, you must be picked up by the golf cart which is on standby 24 hours. Service is also fast. I ordered a villa with pool and when I wanted to swim at night, it turned out that the pool lights were off. Reported to the lobby and immediately the officer came to check, which turned out to be short, finally we were given a solution by installing bright spotlights, so we could swim comfortably even at night. Next want to repeat staying here again.

Nice view, suitable for serenity likes. Unfortunately the bathroom smells bad, the room is also not clean. The first day the main bedroom air conditioner was broken, replaced by a fan. For breakfast, it is very lacking, the variation is a little for a 4-star hotel class. According to the employee, it is adjusted to the disc price of the room. The clerk who cleaned the room, when he cleaned the room and changed the shoe lights, he also didn't take it off. All used to enter the room directly.

If the exterior is repainted, cool. The interior and contents are okay.

For this pandemic time, this resort would be best selection. We really enjoy our stay in the villa. We can see the sunrise from our balcony. Do excercise next to the pool. And enjoy the mountain view.

Good enough. The atmosphere of the villa is amazing, cool, quiet and comfortable. Room facilities are complete and in good condition. The food is a little less tasty and seems ordinary. Good and friendly service.

I'm surprised by how big the villa is. The space is suitable for 5-7 people staying even though We were just there as a couple. Definitely a great place to stay and strategic location which is few minutes away from tourist spot.

Everything is good. Anything above 2 people will be charged an additional fee per person. So don't think it's like a hotel.

Hotel regulations are too rigid, indeed we only list 2 adults when purchasing a hotel voucher. Meanwhile, we brought 2 of our children, aged 11 and 8. However, we were forced to pay for the extra bed for the two children at the normal price. If we do not pay for the extra bed, we are welcome to cancel the booking, how can that be, while on the specified day (obviously our money will be lost) for that we are forced to pay extra bed for 2 people for 4 nights. It's really an experience that I just met (the rules are very rigid). Even though other hotels are not as stiff as in Payogan. I will not return to spend the night at that hotel, there are still many other hotel choices in the Ubud area. My experience is an appeal to customers who will bring their children to take this rule into account. thanks.
