The staff were super friendly and helpful, and overall everything was good. However, some areas need maintenance, such as the bathroom curtain and the TV (which is still a tube TV, not a smart TV). The breakfast tasted amazing, and the beach ambiance made it even more perfect

Fun, friendly staff, boat ride right in front of the room, but the beach can't be used for playing because the sand is a bit dirty, breakfast should be ready at 6 am if possible, with enough variety, don't forget to prepare dinner because looking for a restaurant is quite far... always be successful

Hotel feels like home. With super friendly staff, all staff are lovely and the staff from restaurant are so kind, can make the food exactly the same like we wish to. Mba Indah, you are so sweet. Will miss you all hospitality. And for sure will come back for next holiday.

This is the first time a hotel employee complained that the hot water was not working and got angry back, on the night of March 31st. We are traveling far and want to pay a lot for a hotel and get comfortable and available. Please, manager. Teach your subordinates to be more polite!

The staff is very friendly and helpful, It is also close to Khrisna Fun land, The only minus is the TV shows which only have 2 channels. The rest is very good.

Actually the location of the hotel is very good. The view at sunset is really good and there are places to daydream that make it overwhelming. The hotel staff are also friendly and ready to ask for help. There are just a few suggestions for improvement: 1. When cleaning the room, the area under the bed should also be cleaned. 2. Hotel management should already know how many guests are staying, so at breakfast they can estimate how much breakfast needs to be prepared. Some guests, including me, had to ask the staff several times to add more food. I was staying with a total of 6 adults and 3 children, one menu prepared was 1 normal sized white plate, not a restaurant plate, not to mention it was a long weekend so quite a lot of people were staying. I think if this is fixed the hotel will definitely be able to continue to exist. The view is really beautiful, so it would be a shame if I didn't fix those 2 points.
