The distance from the city was easy, the food was varied, but very disappointing. The atmosphere lacked privacy and tranquility because the power outage wasn't promptly fixed, and it was very noisy because there was no rule about guests not disturbing others.

Old hotel, clean rooms, close to Transjakarta and Blok M Mall. Breakfast has quite a variety... Overall ok...

The staff was friendly, but the hotel room was not very clean and the amenities were very limited. When I first entered the room, it smelled of cigarettes, and the room was also very dirty and dusty.

Good location, the hotel design and furniture are old but quite clean and well maintained. I like the spacious room. Feedback: I found several "German cockroaches" in the bathroom, in the bedroom, in the lobby, and in the elevator. Suggestion: Pest Control should be improved. The female receptionists were less helpful, but the male receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Thank you Ambhara Hotel. I will come again.

The food was delicious, but at 10:30 they didn't refill the empty food even though many guests were still having breakfast. The staff was friendly, but the AC in my room wasn't cooling and was leaking. When I asked to be moved, the staff said they would call the maintenance team. They did fix it, but not the leak. I stayed there for two nights with the room in a mess. Next time, if a guest asks to be moved, please heed their request.

An older but well-maintained four-star hotel. It's a perfect getaway, close to Blok M (lots of dining and entertainment options), and the room rates are family-friendly. The staff is also friendly and always ready to help. Thank you, Ambhara Hotel.

The hotel was okay. Everything was fine, including the staff. However, the room amenities were incomplete: there was no shower cap, only one roll of tissue, and only one soap. Worse, there were lots of cockroaches!

There is no elevator in the basement so it is not easy to carry things and you have to climb the stairs.

The staff (Ms. Alda) was very helpful, friendly, and fast response.

An old hotel, but it doesn't smell musty. Great! The rooms are clean, and the toilets are clean. And the price is reasonable. It's just a shame that the surrounding asphalt and some areas of the hotel need some touch-ups to make it even nicer, because the rooms are already nice, and it's rare for an old hotel to upgrade the TVs.
