Clean, friendly and go green hotel

It was a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is strategic, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, and minimarkets, making it easy to find anything. I tried the swimming pool, but unfortunately the water was still cold, and the toilet was in the room. In room 616, the bathtub water was yellow. I only noticed it when my child was soaking without a bath bomb. I wanted to inform the receptionist upon check-out, but I forgot. Hopefully, they will read this and fix it. But overall, I had a pleasant stay here.

It was a very pleasant experience staying here. The check-in and check-out process was fast and responsive when needed. The room facilities were very adequate. The breakfast was delicious, although there was a bit of ginger/galangal in the steamed teriyaki fish. But overall, it was a very good stay. Thank you Novotel Bandung, will be back soon 👍🏻

The hotel room is spacious, the staff is friendly. The only downside is that you can't borrow cutlery (you have to pay/buy plastic plates).
