Clean rooms, friendly staff, delicious, varied food. Satisfied with my second stay at the Novotel.

Check in was smooth, without having to wait long, arrived at the hotel at 2:10. The superior room has a bathtub, which is cool. Breakfast is standard, as per a 4-star hotel. The fried rice was delicious. The room was quite clean, but there was a gecko dropping in the corner near the glass cupboard. Maybe it needs improvement for the cleanliness details. I like that every time I go to Novotel, there is always a drinking water dispenser. My request for an Eid cake was exactly what I wanted. Thank you...

Got a location on the 11th floor with a view of Bandung city and the Pasteur Bridge. Gather around in front of the glass and enjoy the transition from Asr to Maghrib. It's so peaceful.

Overall, it was okay, especially since I was upgraded from an executive suite to a junior suite. However, the restrooms, especially in the junior suite, need improvement. We couldn't use them to their full potential, requiring us to use the lobby restroom.

It was a pleasant stay at Novotel, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the toilet was clean, there was a bathtub too, drinking water could be refilled, there was a dispenser outside

The same review with my previous one. Please always recheck cleaning the room (reminder for the room service). It’s nice also that I can refill the water as well.

Overall ok. The facilities are quite good and the maintenance of cleanliness is good. Though, I still need to remind to clean the room, even I have put “do” clean in my door handle and the food taste is just fine but it’s quite pricy though.

Thank you Novotel. The best. I'm satisfied. The kids loved the Happy Holiday cake. Yesterday, my boyfriend really liked the steamed tomato and beef, it was delicious.
