Took the kids on holiday here, it was a blast! No regrets. It's a legendary hotel, but they're constantly modernizing everything. Kudos!

Nice pool with a kid-friendly water playground. Daily night entertainment with a live band. The location is good with eateries and massage parlors around Hard Rock Bali.

The front desk staff was very friendly during check-in and late check-out. Breakfast was quite varied, and there was a center stage with live music. Overall, it was comfortable.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent and convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The swimming pool was well-maintained and enjoyable, and the kids' club was a great facility that kept the children entertained. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast selection was somewhat limited, and more variety would be appreciated. Housekeeping and overall cleanliness could also be enhanced to provide a more comfortable experience. In addition, the air conditioning in the room was excessively cold and difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature. Despite these issues, the good location and family-friendly facilities made our stay enjoyable.

The hotel is nice and the waterpark amazing for kids, but the room has no soundproofing. At 6 am for 3 days, we had neighbors with kids screaming. We couldn’t sleep well. All hotel staff are very friendly, except for the kids club personnel, who were very strict and not smiling as they are supposed to be.

Wonderful stay from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and fast, and all the staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. The service throughout the stay was excellent. Everyone made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The room was clean, cozy, and very well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job every day. The hotel atmosphere was relaxing, and all facilities were in great condition. Special appreciation to the staff for their warm hospitality and professionalism. They were always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, such a pleasant experience and definitely a hotel I would love to come back to again. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at Hard Rock Hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was comfortable and clean. I especially loved the live music at Centerstage and the band studio facilities, they made the experience truly unique and enjoyable. I would definitely love to come back again.

Trying Nyepi in Bali.. Looking for a nice hotel... It was a perfect fit to find Hard Rock.. I've stayed here several times.. From 2010 until now. The pool is unmatched... Comfortable rooms.. Cold AC... Awesome King Koil mattress.. The extra day bed is great for a family like mine. Got a family photo voucher... It's funny.. The food is the only thing I've complained about for a long time.. Too standard, and not enough variety...

This hotel is very close to Kuta Beach, besides there are lots of games in the swimming pool, the kids really like it.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hard Rock, especially the excellent pool facilities, which kept the kids happy. However, we were a little disappointed that the playground was quite expensive and paid, and the breakfast menu was limited for a hotel of Hard Rock's caliber.
