We smell cigarette smoke when we enter the bedroom, we told a service crew and he cleaned the floor for us. The sofa and table is not clean well, it’s a bit dusty. Although there’s wet and dry separation in the bathroom but it’s only a drain outlet, thus the water is everywhere. Hot water stops halfway when we shower. Sound insulation is not good.

It was my second time staying in Venue Hotel, they clean the room every day, receptionist (Davin and friend) very helpful to extend my stay, all staff are friendly.

The room is too small and the facilities are minimal.

Good condition and so clean, fresh.

I check out on 20 May instead of 21 May due to urgent matter. Can you refund one day back to me.

The location of the hotel is strategic. Too bad just stopped by for the night. Just, next time I will stay longer at the venue .

The rooms are in a terrible shape. There were ants in the room. Though, The staff is friendly and nice.

I stayed at the hotel during my birthday and my friend called up the hotel and got them to deco the room. The hotel put up a birthday banner and decorated the bed with streamers and petals. Really A* for the amount of effort they undertook to make my stay such a beautiful and memorable one.

My only grouse is the the app website failed to indicate that the room has no windows. It ' s a two-shophouse converted hotel, so there are limited units that come with windows. Other than that, the staff were polite and the room was clean.

The staff give us room next to the housekeeping store, so noisy wen they push the trolley, and the trolley bang at our room door until we are shocked, the toilet door can't close properly.

The booking system was awesome, and I stated for a late check-in at 4.30pm with all the confirmation done, but I reached at 4.45pm as I ended work later than expected. As I reached the hotel to check in, saw the lobby was awesomely beautiful, so I filled in the form and done all, but suddenly I was told that my room of large bed was not ready as there was a guest just checked out? And that was already almost 5pm! Counter stuff told me to either wait for about 15 to 20mins or she will give a room with 2 singlebed and combine together. Of course I rejected cause I paid for a large bed, also I had experienced backache when 2singlebeds combine. So we waited about 20mins or so we came back but we were made to wait another 10mins coming to more 30mins. When we asked when will be ready, staff said ouh the housekeeper just started to clean the room. We still stayed calm although in our hearts says"ouh ny goodness!"5mins later, feeling pissed off, my spouse approached another last time, again she said to wait. I raised my voice aloud and said how long more lah!"Then she said OK its ready. Its my 1st time encountered this cock up. Venue Hotel also needs to be very prompt and systematic in handling booking of rooms. If there was no availability of room with large bed, then should just state at the point of my booking. Not make guests wait so long, some more we were so shagged from work and we need to change and rest well. Imagine if I reached there on time at 4.30pm, it means I had to wait 45mins right? The room was rather small and room settings still need to be improved. Classic by Venue is so so much better.

We were initially given a room right in front of the lift (which we have indicated not to have in our preference). When we went into the room, it was totally cigarette-smoke-filled. The manager then took charge and gave us another room. Thank you. However, the hotel needs to check the air-conditioning system as the smoke still travels around. Had a positive staycation experience.

The hotel staff are great, friendly and helpful. The problem is the air con ventilators. Even though this is a non-smoking hotel, smoke can still leak into rooms. I had to change my room the second day to a high floor as it became unbearable in my room with too much smoke sipping in. I told the hotel staff it is either other guests smoking in certain rooms or at the main air-con generator or vent at the stairways. The hotel should install better smoke detectors in rooms and corridors that will sound off to deter smokers.

Awesome place to stay but the cons is that smelt of cigarette smoke. Believe from staff who is using the one of the room near the exit.

Quiet, Clean and , good service.

The room is clean, has a hair dryer, kettle, soft bed but no window. Wifi is convenient. There is a TV screen at all. The bathroom is very good.

A very nice hotel in East Coast. Clean room. Helpful staff.
