I book 2 rooms in 3 nights on Tet holiday, the first day my room was checked in both rooms it smells (like cat litter), the drain in the bathroom was wrapped around the hair does not drain, the floor was viscous Viscous, and the hotel has no staff during the Tet holiday: ((only one of you seems to be on duty at night, my house mostly goes out from morning to night to come back and use the room to sleep, but go If you don't go back to your room for a long day, you can't sleep well: (((((

We stayed for 5 nights, not once did they clean the room. I even left our room card to the staff, specifically and kindly asked for some cleaning but to no avail. I confronted the front desk nicely about it and she did seem apologetic but they didn't do anything to compensate. Also, do note that none of them are fluent in English, only the basics; they used Google translate to communicate. We weren't able to make use of the swimming pool either cos the water wasn't clear, almost green in colour. They seemed to be aware of that cos when I brought it up, even they themselves didn't recommend using the facility. Lastly, their airport shuttle was too expensive, it's double the price of a Grab ride so I suggest just using Grab instead. Overall, this place was honestly not worth the price.

Room is clean, small, pretty in a central location, every crime here is not near the sea. A reasonable choice for those who move a lot because of the reasonable price

As a Homestay, staying for 3 days and 2 nights does not prepare guests to have their hair brushed and asked the receptionist to say no. Remind smart always say no. Not to mention dislike because the room is very small and there are no airy windows. The entrance is very dirty. There is no parking for motorcycles.

Enthusiastic cute staff. Nice room, clean and spacious. The price is light. I book the wrong date, but when I arrived at the hotel I still booked for another room. And calculate the room rate by the new room price minus the room rate you have booked. A decent hotel! Will definitely come back.

The hotel is clean, nice and bright. However, the air-conditioned family room is a bit weak, the refrigerator is not cold. And there's the noise that seems to be from the water pump all day long so it's a little uncomfortable.
