We are glad to know that you felt safe during your stay, although we understand that being the only female guest in a room may have made you feel uncomfortable. At 7 Wonders Backpacker Hostel Upper Dickson outlet, we currently offer mixed-sharing rooms only and do not have a female-only dormitory.
However, the safety and comfort of our guests are always a priority. If a female guest feels uncomfortable with her room arrangement, we will always try our best to assist by rearranging the room where possible, such as placing female guests together in a mixed dormitory with a higher number of female guests, subject to availability.
Regarding our reception hours, Upper Dickson operates from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. We understand your concern regarding staff availability after operating hours, and we provide guests with the necessary instructions and emergency contact information for assistance when required.
