Clean, friendly

Very comfortable stay. Easily accessible to a lot. Would retrim if need arises.

Hampton Inn in Bangor, ME is a great location. just a quick overnight visit, but these hotels never disappoint.

It was a very good stay but why do hotels allow dogs? Just not a good idea at all! Other than that, excellent but it's odd walking toward a dog and hear "don't worry, he won't hurt you", but yet, the barking indicates otherwise. Ugh!

Stayed for a quick girls overnight trip. Daughter and I enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Room was comfortable

Experienced a broken toilet at 1015 pm called down to front desk and was told the gentleman would be right up. After 45 minutes called back a second time and was told by same gentleman “oh ok just a minute” and the line went dead. Called a third time to the same person who said “ I am the only person here and I can’t come up and fix a broken toilet.” It would have been nice to know that initially because I was then told that my only option was to move rooms at 11pm. The gentleman told me he could not bring me a key and instead I had to pack all my bags and come down to front desk to get a new key. When I went to the front desk I was given a key by a female who gave me a key for the room right next door to my original room. Therefore, the fact that there was at least one male and one female on property that could have delivered me a key to avoid me walking to the lobby in my pajamas to just go right back upstairs was very disappointing. There was clear lack of customer service and lack of clear communication and transparency. It’s a shame because I have stayed at this property before and now will go right across the street and stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Definitely have lost a customer

We appreciated the spacious room. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was courteous and helpful. That is exactly what we needed.

The check-in was very pleasant and professional. The receptionist completely mastered every aspect of her duties. I received a room as I requested. Thanks. I heve not appreciated that around 7:00 a.m. one person was undusting the counter doors and there was no selection of bagels on hand. At check-out the receptionist asked me irrelevant questions regarding my bill.

Really LOVED the roll in shower for my daughter who uses a wheelchair. The room has tons of space to maneuver her wheelchair. Will DEFINITELY stay there again.

The hotel was clean. Hood water pressure. Friendly staff. Beds weren't very comfortable but not horrible. I wish there was a hot tub Otherwise. Very happy. Breakfast was ok
