Ok place. Kind of disorganized. Stinky bathroom nice tub quiet room no conditioner in conditioner bottle was aggravating. 30 euro early check in is obscene. No elevator in parking lot Cité mondial which really sucked.

Las habitaciones necesitan mejor calefacción estaba muy caliente tuvimos que quejarnos dos veces y nos movieron de cuarto la segunda noche. ( 4 noches ) el personal fue muy amable Las habitaciones necesitan un upgrade. El área esta cerca de muchos restaurantes podíamos caminar a todas partes.

Nice room. Windows don't open. Views of Conference Centre not City. Daily cleaning of room - they never vacuumed. Staff very nice. Location excellent

Brilliant super helpful staff on reception and in the restaurant. Gorgeous looking hotel with water machines in comunal areas. Only issue was that the air con didnt work in our room.

Great central location and a lovely stay.

Property is in an excellent location amidst the Chartrons district and has a really nice rooftop bar/restaurant area. The rooms are good in size but don't have great ventilation and you can't open the windows, making it a bit stuffy.

Really comfortable, clean hotel. Good location for getting to the major sights in Bordeaux. The check in was really easy, and the staff were friendly. Bee was comfortable and the shower was good. Would stay here again.

Great location and the loveliest staff. They were really helpful with our booking, interested in our trip and gave advice about the area. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The location was good for us and the trams were nearby so could get to anywhere we needed easily including the airport.

Located almost along the river, right in the older part of town. Just steps from a tram line that will take you anywhere. In a modern glass building amongst the old stone ones. Close to a number of charming restaurants.

Great location and wonderful service by staff. Just about across the street from Tram stop and within walking distance to cafes. Stayed here after River cruise and it was great.

Stay was good but had to have room changed when we checked in due to aircon not working and another issue. But we had our room changed without any trouble. Housekeeping were not at the standard I would expect but other than that a good stay, comfy bed and excellent location. Customer service on front desk and in restaurant and bar also excellent.

Hotel was close to riverside and boardwalk. Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed king size bed. Excellent breakfast.

Nice hotel. Great location & excellent if you are driving as great car park right next door. Rooms comfy & goid size. However daily cleaning/maid service not good: when we arrived, hand wash totally empty so had to go to reception to ask for it to be replenished. Complimentary btls if water left after each service but mayy it s never bothered to put them in fridge in room so not cooled. Our 2 water glasses were never changed or even washed after either of 2 services (we stayed 3nights) & I left lipstick mark on mine as soon as we entered room after checkin & had a drink. Courtesy tray, which we had used the 2 hot chocs, 2 teabags & 2 milks & 2 espresso pods, not replenished after the following days service so we had nothing in it except some espresso pods but no milk etc. on last morning, mid shower, realised shower gel was completely empty so had to use the shampoo instead!!! Breakfast was pretty good but chaotic…..cutlery & crockery was as rare as hens teeth….. real available not no bowls anyway….ended up using tiny bowls from another section of breakfast which were child sized. No teaspoons provided for coffee & teas. Expected to use same plate you had your cooked breakfast on for croissants etc as no extra plates by bread/pastry area. Same with knives…..had to use knife from eating cooked breakfast to use for butter & jam or vice verses. Staff nice. Very helpful

Good hotel and very friendly staff. Surely not a 4 star as advertised by Hotels.com. More like a 3 star as the decor is very dated

Safe environment. Odd motive - tropical island ... But this is France. It was odd that we had to wait 10 minutes for front desk to check if our room was ready - yet checking time was stated as 3:00pm and we were arriving at 6:00pm!

We had a wonderful stay and especially liked the location. It was very near the river and we were able to walk along the path way to Cite du Vin. The hotel had a fabulous roof top restaurant where we had our breakfast every morning. The staff at breakfast were friendly, efficient and very accomodating. Less than a five minute walk there was a terrific little French restaurant called Chez DuPont on a very interesting street that made you feel you were in the heart of France.
