Great breakfast and staff.

Two bulbs were not working so clothes unit and te a are were in the dark.The bathroom rack was red rusty where the towels were placed.Bathroom shelf was chipped all way along the edge.Needs repairs.

Room I stayed in was a little tired and was in need of a little TLC. It had everything you needed in it was fine for my short stay. Hotel was easy to find off the motorway and was set in a nice peaceful location.

Spa staff were extremely rude and nonchalant. I would say borderline discriminatory against a specific ethnic group when comparisons we're made pertaining to treatment & service to others We stayed for two nights and would not recommend anyone staying here. The only consolation was restaurant staff who we're brilliant.

It was amazing stay would definitely come back.

The spa is nice and relaxing. The rooms are clean.

Some cheaper rooms dark & noisy but others bright & airy. Reception staff very helpful & supportive throughout. Bazaar Spa enjoyable & nice treatments

Everything was clean, just the room is in need of a good update, everything seemed tired. Staff were helpful.

There were some work going on during my stay smell of paint wasn’t great and the workers did not move to let you passwhich I found very rude

Good breakfast choice and quality. Booked a twin room and got a double.

The dining area and front of house is nice and modern. The rest of the hotel is like stepping back 30 years. All in need of modernising. The staff are great! Food was good.

A canny location for getting out and about and reasonably priced. However the spa facilities it turned aren't included in the price and are in sessions, £20 for 3 hours, which I guess is quite reasonable, however not if you just wanted to have an hour for a quick relax in the hot tub or a swim before going out to tea etc, which was the reason for my booking this hotel. Not did I appreciate the 9am door knocking along every room in the corridor on bank holiday Monday from "housekeeping". The hotel rooms are dated but clean and functional and the bar/restaurant has a modern feel.
