The staff member was very friendly and lovely. I had a problem booking 4 nights through the app but didn't have enough money in my account to pay. I asked her to help me change the booking, and after paying through the app, I encountered a refund issue. At that time, all the rooms were booked, but luckily she opened a room for me, so I had a place to stay. I'm truly grateful to her 🥰
