Friendly staff/daily cleaning. Old building and bad maintenance. Safe condo. No body uses the swimming pool, the pictures or photos are an illusion, it's more of a big babies pool... Location is quite, but a little far from the main amenities like malls and shopping centers. So overall, for Denpasar, Bali the price isn't high and it is a big room with a private bathroom.

The bed was dirty and my body was itchy after sleeping there, and my child wasn't comfortable sleeping there either. I ended up moving hotels, with one night less than I had planned.

Everything was good except the aircon

Cheap price, spacious rooms... but very dirty and the facilities don't work properly. Management would do well to improve the location, as it's strategically located and has a lot of people with busy schedules and needing a place to stay. If properly managed, it would certainly be more profitable.

How could you give me a room with someone still in it? There's no water, no water.

The staff and security guards are friendly and flexible 👌🏻 but the cleanliness of the rooms and hallways needs to be a major concern. - The hallways are muddy, lots of water on the floor - The room is damp and smells bad - The pillows are also damp - The sheets have colored stains - The walls of the room are full of mold and cracks here and there - The cleanliness of the bathroom is also lacking, especially the faucets still have a lot of mold. - The balcony railing is rusty and looks neglected - Some of the furniture cannot be closed properly - When I checked in, the trash can was still full of trash from previous guests

We've stayed here several times, and the first time we tried the room, it was still good. But the more we stayed here, the less comfortable it became because the AC in the room leaked and the water dripped, which was very dangerous because we were afraid of people slipping from the bathroom. There was also no floor mat in the bathroom, even though they used to be provided. The walls of the room and some of the props like the bedside table were worn out. The elevator was shaking so badly that I was afraid to go up again, but the service was friendly and very helpful. Hopefully it can be fixed again!
