The front desk staff were incredibly helpful! I arrived late at night and had tried to contact them beforehand, but I was worried because my message didn't get across properly. However, they were very accommodating. When I mentioned that the refrigerator in my room wasn't cooling properly, they fixed it when I returned from my outing.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! Area not safe, saw a drunk guy violently fighting upon our arrival. Lobby is dark and dusty, only 1 staff at 3pm. Sweet old lady, tried her best to speak english and helped us. Room dirty, hotel dirty, elevator smells like rotten eggs. Mold and ants everywhere.

The check-in time listed in the booking is 3:00 p.m. However, when I arrived to check in at 3:30 p.m., the receptionist replied that the room cleaner had not finished cleaning the room, so I had to wait until nearly 4:00 p.m. to check in. Check-in and check-out are easy and fast. The rooms and bathrooms are quite clean, wide and comfortable. Walking from Exit 6 of Ximen Station, not too far, acceptable. The room is wide enough, not cramped, the environment is good. There are 7 stations downstairs. The auntie at the front is kind. What's missing is all you can ask for. The price is reasonable.
