check in room 14h, check out 12pm. It is the hotel's policy. I checked out at 9am, sent the hotel back. 13h I have to go back, they do not send anything anymore, I have said about 5 pm I will go to Haiphong to get things. There are only 2 backpacks of clothing, yet they insist on it even if I say it will be surcharged. A large hotel that does not allow guests to send luggage to local tourism after staying 1 night in the hotel. I am completely dissatisfied with Sunrise's actions, and will never return to Ninh Binh.
