The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the only drawback was the poor soundproofing, but the hotel's location was very convenient for visiting tourist attractions.

Everything is pretty good, it's close to my company so commuting is very convenient.

The room was old but I still felt fine until I asked for another towel because my towel was wet, the staff called back and said it was 50k/1 towel, I asked and said I had never seen any hotel in Vietnam or abroad that I had been to with this rule, the staff told me that the rule here is like that! I really don't understand???

The location is very close to Railway Street Cafe, not too crowded, so it is suitable for a place to rest.

I stayed in Canary Hotel for 4 days 3 nights. Such good memories! The room was clean enough, breakfast okay with a view, aircon works properly, amenities okay, water heater works properly, the receptionist was humble and helpful, security also stands by 24 hours. I used airport pick up transfer from Canary Hotel, the car was big, clean, and I felt safe. The room was exactly the same as the picture in the app. If I come to Hanoi again, I will stay again in Canary Hotel for sure.

The hotel is on a quiet small road, 25 minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. Walk to the old town for 30 minutes. Room is clean. The service staff is very enthusiastic. Good breakfast! I rate 5 stars.

Large bathroom with very big shower area for a typical Hanoi hotel which is extremely comfortable. Water pressure is medium only though which undervalued the comfort of the big shower room a bit. Room is standard with no real window (there is a window but does not oversee any daylight at all), bed is comfy, clean and pillows are good.

The hotel is very nice, clean, the bed and pillows are very soft. I liked it so much that I continued to stay for 2 more days. Does the hotel have a generator or something, but one night the power goes out for 2 minutes, then the power comes back on right away. Will be back. 10 minutes from the old town by motorbike. However, the view from the balcony is not very nice, opposite the old house looks a bit creepy

there is inconvenient caused by smell in toilet during staying. That is not only one happen case.
