The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean. The bathrooms were very clean. The food was good in both restaurants and the only complaint that we had on our three days stay was the meals were very slow to be served in both restaurants. The appeared to be understaffed for the snowmobile event that was going on that weekend. It was a great place to stay.

Staff were courteous and attentive. Rooms are definitely small. Upper restaurant is definitely pricey. Bottom bar and grill has limited seating and unless you're over 18 you can't get into the main area as it has VLTs. Breakfast was good but potatoes were cold as they probably pulled them out of the fridge and just threw them on the grill to crisp them up. Family members left some AirPods in the room and tried calling relentlessly to the front desk and it was constantly busy tone....and yes, I tried multiple random times throughout the day.....I even emailed them to see and still no response 2 days later on whether the cleaner found them. I would not go back as there are other options in the area that could be used.

Beauful hotel, a great choice for a long weekend stay. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, they gave us some suggestions of activities to do in the area, we spent the afternoon cross country skiing, with rentals and trails only a 10 minute drive away. Nice restaurant conveniently onsite. We enjoyed the cozy outdoor sauna and steam room after a day in the snow. The welcome letter in the room was a nice surprise as well Thank you!

The room and beds were very comfortable. It was great to have so many indoor activities available on a very cold weekend (games for the kids, lounge, pool, sauna, steam room). With it being very cold though, the poor area could use some work- the doors aren’t sealed properly, so lots of cold air from outside gets in, maybe it feel a little cooler in the pool area. The outside “backyard” area looked fun, but wasn’t shoveled for access to the bonfire areas.

A very friendly staff and clean room and facility. We only stayed one night, but would definitely return to enjoy another stay.

Great destination for a lovely winter family vacation. After enjoying outdoor winter activities, it's fun to relax indoors, go to the pool and warm up and the sauna. Play indoor games with kids or go to the VLT or restaurant lounge

Sliding door for the bathroom? Really? Shower sprays water all over the place because you can’t close a door to it and no curtain. Water damage/mold on the tile work and above the shower. Really disappointed with this place. Do not recommend.

Everything was incredible!

The room was excellent. The only exceptions are the bathroom door felt like it was going to fall off the hinges, and an open shower is not ideal. The entire hotel was excellent. Loved the pool facilities, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, including the server at the lounge. He even took pictures for us with the moose 😆. The food was great but not the braised ribs. Tiny portion, all fat, and overpriced.
