My room was not cleaned, even though I stayed for 2 nights (extended), I had informed the receptionist and was given a sign to clean it, but it was not cleaned until the afternoon.

Its a very kids friendly hotels, have a great outdoor playground, and the room was very comfy too! Very recommend for those who needs a little fun with their kids!

Staying at Ibis hotel is very impressive, the staffs are friendly even though we checked in at night. The hotel ambience is very good, clean, and attractive. The room is very clean, quite spacious. The hotel is nice, the room is clean, the staff is also friendly, it's just a shame I didn't read the room info carefully before booking, it turned out the bed was a queen size, I wanted to add an extra bed but I couldn't, so it was cramped sleeping with 2 little ones 😄. The food is quite varied, the taste is also okay, my 9 year old child wasn't charged for breakfast, thank you Ibis Hotel 🙏🥰
