All is good, but it was extremely noisy

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree in Antalya City Centre, and while the overall experience was positive, a few key issues unfortunately diminished what could have been an excellent visit. Upon arrival, the check-in process was unexpectedly stressful. The front desk staff appeared inattentive and failed to provide even the most basic information about breakfast times or available hotel facilities. What should have been a smooth welcome instead felt disorganized and indifferent. To make matters worse, I was informed that a deposit had to be made immediately at check-in. After two of my cards were unsuccessfully processed, I was left with no option but to venture out into the dark to find a cash machine — something I found both inconvenient and unsettling, especially after a long journey. I was also quite taken aback to learn that guests are required to use only Hilton-affiliated taxis, with staff warning that Uber drivers could be fined for collecting passengers. This policy not only seemed unreasonable but also created an uncomfortable situation in which I felt pressured and even hassled by an on-site Hilton driver. While the property itself is pleasant and well maintained, and the overall stay was not without its positives, these early experiences left a lasting impression. For a hotel under the Hilton brand, I expected a far higher standard of professionalism, communication, and guest care.

Good Hotel and excellent breakfast .

Definitely not a five star hotel, i have been to other five star hotels which are far better and superior to this particular hotel.we had a 5 day stay and housekeeping would only leave 2 bath towels and 2 small towels (for 3 adults)-No bath robes provided and the mini bar was totally empty!! .Also had aunfortunate incident at breakfast in the sage restaurant when I tried to get some hot water for my tea unbeknown to myself the cup i picked was cracked and leaked hot water all over my hand and my middle finger got burnt! It took the staff 10 minutes to get me some ice and tried to keep it hush hush and the staff apparently didn’t know the complaints procedure and english!!

Very welcoming staff. Super clean. Excellent breakfast - they have my favorite hotel breakfast - including a honey comb and maple syrup. There is something for everyone.

Well for vacationers this is NOT the hotel of first choice. This hotel serves airline crews and business folks. I will NOT stay there if your are on action in Antalya

The hotel itself looks lovely, lovely spa and friendly staff, BUT it’s so noisy, it’s impossible to sleep (room 2133), in addition nothing seemed to work (phone didn’t ring reception, hair dryer broken, light switch broken, ac broken), but really the noise is the issue, it’s impossible to sleep

Great service friendly staff the room was comfortable liked chilling out in the sauna before going to bed, will be back in the future.

Very enjoyable staff. Lovely hotel, rooms and staff. Excellent quality. Roof pool area was lovely.

Good location convenient very safe

Staff were very welcoming, lobby area is beautiful. Rooms are excellent and AC is perfect for a hot country like Turkey. Next to the old city harbour and food is no issue, 5 min walk away is MarkAntalya shopping centre and a lot of local food place. Excellent location
