I liked the location of the Hotel. Close to everything. The personnel was friendly. The only thing I didn't like is the noise due to the echo in the living areas. Other that that i liked the hotel And if I come back to Puebla again I definitly stay at this property.

Wonderful staff and location. The atrium echoed sounds at night. Plus the room had a musty odor that only improved with AC turned on. No towel hangers in bathroom.

Every thing was well organized the personal very attentive to all the need respectable. Highly recommend the breakfast and the services is very fast love the location and the place

This hotel is beautiful and well located. Unfortunately, however, noice from the main lobby area easily penetrates the rooms, with other guests socializing sometimes past midnight. We had to put "brown noise" on a tablet to drown out the echoes and be able to sleep. This hotel needs to have a policy of quiet hours or do something acoustically to reduce echo.

My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Strong wifi in the room. The hotel itself is in an excellent location for exploring the Centro area, situated close to museums, restaurants and shopping. My only complaint relates to interior noise. The hotel inner courtyard has hard surfaces of tile and stone, which tend to reflect and transmit sound. Staff working late at night, or other guests coming and going (particularly if they aren’t modulating their voices) I found to be loud and disruptive in my room.

Great friendly staff!

Everyone was so nice. The room and all was clean. It did smell strongly of caulking that had not cured but that went away after the first night. No soaps or conditioners in the shower bottles.

The location was perfect and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and the Wi-Fi was adequate. Great value.

Not spotless, but generally well kept. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

Love the closeness to everything and food options around the area. Staff was very attentive to mine and my elderly mothers needs. Will definitely be back

Front staff at the hotel are very nice, the guy that worked during our stay took such good care of us! The hotel is a little bit noisy depending on which room you have and sadly we got bed bugs in room nr 9. Front staff immediately moved us to another room, closed the room off and took in sanitation service. They also helped with facilitating laundry (but we had to pay ourselves).
