We stayed here twice—both at the start and end of our three-week adventure in Crete—and couldn’t have chosen a better base. The location is absolutely unbeatable: steps away from the best restaurants and top sights, making it the ideal spot for exploring the city. Breakfast here is outstanding, and the rooms are modern, comfortable, and well-appointed. The service was consistently excellent throughout our visits. If you’re staying, do yourself a favor and dine at Peskesi—just make sure to book a reservation! This hotel offers convenience, quality, and a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended.

With easy walking distance to the center of town and a very well appointed recently upgraded facility and excellent staff, I highly recommend this place

We had a wonderful time. I must give a big thanks to maryanna at the desk and George (2) at the desk and despite at the bar. They were informative and so pleasant. The cleaning staff was also wonderful as was our breakfast hostess. We May never be back but if we do we would stay no where else but the Dom Boutique hotel. Thank you all. ROBERT KROLL

OK place to land for a couple of nights to see the sites around Heraklion. Served its purpose. Bed comfortable, parking lot is convenient and breakfast is good

The property is very nice, staff was excellent. Area was a bit worrisome, was a big protest with large police presence.

You will not be disappointed if you choose this hotel, convenient area 1 minute walk from shops and dinning facilities, good public transport system, ( hire a car if possible ) amazing staff, great food with variety of options to choose from. Amazing facilities. This will not disappoint.

Reception excellent Elevator barely fit 2 people bathroom shower open sprayed water to bedroom area.

Junior suite had excellent rooftop views, and we were upgraded from a park view. Staff is good, breakfast is good. Hot tub was gross, we didn't even use it. Excellent location near peir and old Town.

Based on the service and customer support we were given I would never recommend staying at this property.

Parking right across the street was the best!

The location is excellent- the service is subpar. We dropped our luggage off in the morning before check in, completed all the paperwork, but when we came back at check in the receptionist was very rude and curt with us. She didn’t even welcome us, said she wanted our passports, when my husband told her that we already completed the check in process and just needed the keys to the room, she told him in an agressive way that she needed it regardless. She told us our room number multiple times- pointing it out on the card, the whole experience felt like we were kids being scolded by an adult without having done anything. The bare minimum of welcoming guests is to tell them hello or welcome/ enjoy your stay. This left a bad taste in our mouths. Also beware the room doesn’t have an iron if that’s something you need during your stay. The location is excellent though, and there’s a valet parking right across the street for 15 euros a day, and u can take ur car out multiple times a day with no surcharge.

Overall a good stay. The hotel and room were clean. Breakfast was quite good and we were surprised by the number of options. The dining room is noce with an exterior portion. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures though. They were fine, but those pictured are probably the suites. I think the rate was a bit expensive for what it was to be honest. But it was still nice and convenient for what we needed (only 1 night.
