It was at the right

The staff was kind, efficient, and tried to remedy my concern. The issue was that the shower head had some type of black residue on the bottom third. I tried to wipe it away before calling the front desk. One of the desk associates came to try to clean it but couldn’t (she said it was rust). They offered us another room which we took. When we got to that room, it had the same problem. That was the only issue.

They canceled my order

I reserved two rooms and both were very good. As I said in my other review the best part of the whole stay was dealing with Bianca ( who I called Beyonce in other review). Management better do what it takes to keep her.

Stay got off to a great start by being greeted and checked in by Beyonce , I think her name is , who was so cheerful and helpful . She set the tone. All the staff we ran into greeted us every time we saw them. Room was clean , breakfast was good and amenities were nice. But it was Beyonce ( not sure I spelled correctly) that really made the stay. Owner must do whatever it takes to keep her!

Great stay, just hate i missed their happy hour.

Hair on towels in room. I asked front desk and the lady cleaning the rooms to give my room all new clean towels and NO took care of my request.

The property has all of the right options available. E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G is within either walking or a short drive distance. Target, Walmart, Cane’s, Pei Wei, Wendy’s, McD’s, Kroger, Walgreens, etc. the list goes on and on. Even Lowes is around the corner. If you desire to stay somewhere that is convenient and stress free, this place is spot on. It also has a very convenient access to downtown, being not even quite 20 miles away. You just cannot beat the quality, location, or comfort. Oh, and the breakfast and all day coffee is so a nice perk ;-)

Every thing was nice

Staff and location was amazing The rooms were stingy with towels, the water in the faucet and shower head smell like sewage, lastly the room is extremely humid and required constant low temp to reduce the dampness

Although our room was not ready at checkout the staff was as very helpful and the room was very clean.

Every time I come to visit my cousin, I’ve tried a different hotel. This is definitely the best deal, free breakfast, moderate pricing, will let me have my dog there, clean and polite. Will definitely stay again.

Good stay

hotel was in a great location. very clean. very friendly staff! my only complaint is that both nights they were out of extra pillows.

I selected to king ste because my grandchildren were going to visit. When we arrived they gave us just a king, and we didnt realize it until it took us 4 tries to access the room. The acces keys didn't work and it took over an hour to access the room because we had to go back and forth to the feoont desk. Had to pay extra, it was late and the front desk person was not very helpful.
