Everything was great besides the person that checked us in. She was a little rude and made us feel like we were bothering her, except we were paying 2 times the original amount anywhere else. I asked for sheets and she brought them out, said you need a bag, and then didnt see her for 10 minutes before i decided to leave. I understand hospitality and being frustrated,but i would never disrespect customers.

Very noisy with the room on the highway side. I had to request it strongly, and they finally switched the room for me.

The room was amazing!

The pool was closed the entire time we were there. We only booked this hotel at a more expensive cost due to the pool but was not usable. Hopefully they are getting the chemicals right for the next guests. Overall it is a nice place to stay for a large family.

The staff that checked me in was very nice and accommodating of my needs. She didn't act as though I was bothering her in any way. My room was very clean and very roomie. I've never stayed at one of these hotels but I will definitely start. I do travel a lot.

I work in the area a couple of times a year, and this is my go-to stay! It is very clean and comfortable, and the staff is very kind.

The pool was FREEZING. They told us it was because it was cold outside but really the heater was broken. Im sure they were aware the heater was broken because it was stuck on the exact temperature by state law. We took the heater out, held it in our hands - nothing changed, we left it in the air outside - nothing changed. The room was great, the staff was nice but they knew that pool wasnt heated. No hot water in pool shower either.

Easy check in. Nice place. Indoor pool was just a little chilly. Kids could t stay in too long. But I would recommend and would stay here again

It was a fine day, except the prices increased when there is a Purdue family weekend

They have a good kitchen. A great breakfast is served. There is NEVER enough coffee in the room. Also, prefer to be on any floor besides the 1st floor.

The property was nice as usual! However, this property the staff and management do not care about your well being or safety. After reporting an incident in the pool area the staff did nothing. After reporting agin when things progressed to where people safety was a concern once again nothing was done. Talking with management the next morning, no apologies were offered just a thanks for letting me know and went on there day. I would highly recommend finding another hotel in Layfayette.

Clean, spacious, stocked. Breakfast was full and delicious. This is our first time staying at this chain. We will be back!

The breakfast was a little lackluster. Eggs were somewhat dry. Gravy container was empty one morning. And coffee was a little weak one morning. Not bad, but not great.
