The hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful during check in and check out.

Rooms without natural air source and so dirty everywhere is full of water from the bathroom and the smell is noot good also the room is too small for 6 beds and there is no fridge no kitchen I stayed only 1night

-Location was great. Nearby LRT; Central Market, lots of eateries, shopping area.- Room was spacious. Good wifi.- Privacy.- Perfect place for 1/2 days transit.

You will have to deposit 50RM and this money will be refunded when you check out and an additional 20RM fee according to regulations. Bedroom TV does not work, basic room is clean but soundproof is not good. Toilet water does not drain completely and easily gets stuck under the sink. Location is very convenient to explore surrounding places: RexKL, Kwai Chai Hong,... this is a plus point for the hotel

No more bed bugs, everything is good. Except the room aircon uses a timer so the room feels crowded. It's better to use a small aircon capacity but it functions throughout the day so that it makes the occupants comfortable.

The toilet is so very dirty I don't like it. But the air in my room is so cool it ' s perfect.

It was OK, but I was disappointed regarding the photos on the website and the reviews. Much more shabby and impersonnel than I expected. However, it was quitte cheap for Kuala Lumpur.

Don't have any photos at the hotel but the hotel location is close to other tourist destinations. Makes it easier and saves time. Clean rooms. It's just not comfortable when you want to enter from floor G to lobby 1.

Perfect for those who want to stay in KL at an affordable price and in a strategic location. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and the bathroom is equipped with a water heater. Overall ok.

This hotel is terrible, the AC isn't cold, the TV can't be watched, you have to use YouTube to turn it on, the shower is broken, I asked the hotel to fix it with lots of excuses and moved rooms because it was full, I'm really fed up, I won't be going back there a second time.

There are lots of cockroaches and bugs/bedbugs/tumbila that like to be on the mattress. But apart from that it's okay, cool rooms, clean toilets, friendly, location near the city center.

It's not comfortable because it's too crowded. This is probably because it's my first time.

The room is in Chinatown so it's very crowded, the entrance is difficult, the room has no drinking water or anything, no refrigerator, no toothbrush, the air conditioner has intermittent power, especially the wifi is broken and can't be used, the room is just for sleeping but the soundproofing is very poor, at around 5:30 am you will hear the sutras being read over the loudspeaker.

Check in took extremely long. We waited 60 minutes to get our room.

Never stay here. 1. The room given is not according to the one chosen. 2. The AC timer from the electricity is directly on for 2 hours and off for 5 hours. Very-very hot and at night you can't rest because it's stuffy. 3. The elevator is also not safe. 4. The environment around the market is very dirty and noisy. 5. Better to look for one in Bukit Bintang. 6. The room is hot and the room lights always go out when turned on, other residents are cynical and stuffy, the room is also stuffy. 7. Narrow and stuffy. 8.
