I like the location of this hotel, though very few places to eat outside of the hotel itself. The food at the hotel I enjoyed, though wait times can be extended. It's great being able to swim at the pool (though it's not that large) and the facilities for children there look good. Nice to dine down by the sea's edge. The staff are great, very friendly & helpful. It seems basic maintenance is often overlooked. For example, the toilet seat in my bathroom was completely detached. The double bed sinks in the middle. Overall though I'd stay there again.

The hotel staff was friendly. The room was also quite clean. However, the TV didn't broadcast; it was just for decoration. The view from the hotel grounds was also quite nice.

The Wi-Fi doesn't reach the second floor, so it might need some signal reinforcement. Other than that, it's great. It's right on the beach and close to the local mosque, making it convenient for Muslims too.

The service is friendly and the staff is very helpful with customer requests. Recommended for those who want to take the PPG exam in peace, as the location and facilities are safe for the exam. 👍

The check-in and check-out process is easy. Check-in Wednesday, check-out Friday with deluxe room facilities include a hair dryer, but breakfast is so-so in my opinion, quite expensive. What makes the bed comfortable. The staff is okay, still quite friendly, if you want to ask for room cleaning, we leave the key because they said they don't have a spare key. The cleanliness is a bit lacking, after taking a shower the bathroom becomes a swimming pool because the drain is clogged. The distance to the city is quite far. Avoid traveling at night if you want to go to the hotel, because the road before the hotel after the city at night is very dark so it's really creepy when you return to the hotel.

The hotel is nice and the rooms are comfortable and the environment is clean.

I took the sea view, the pool is okay, but the water keeps turning off in the bathroom, breakfast is only fried noodles, asked for white rice at 7:30, the staff informed me it wasn't cooked yet. Many facilities are broken. Needs a lot of repairs, currently I haven't recommended it to friends or others.

It's not very comfortable, the water often goes off, and the AC isn't very cold.

The hotel is clean, the lobby is beautiful with lots of decorations. The rooms are comfortable and the restaurant is available in the hotel and is delicious so it's easy to order food.

The service was bad, when I wanted to check in the receptionist said. 'We no longer accept guests from outside, sir, because we have around 80 guests coming (direction from our boss)'. After a long debate, I was finally given the room.

Pada waktu check in disampaikan bahwa kamar yang saya beli di aplikasi sudah jadi kamar suite, harganya beda dan ownernya belum mengupdate di app. Kamar yang diberikan ke saya tidak ada water heater, beda dengan foto di app, shower pelan, AC kurang dingin.

The rules are not clear. Forced to have to add 2 extra beds, to be honest, this is really disturbing to rest because the rules are not clear. Not very clean, stuffy. The bathroom water is really small and at 9 in the morning the water turned off. This is the first time I'm really disappointed and give a bad review because it's really really really bad. Hopefully in the future the rules will be clear, hopefully in the future the guests will be made comfortable and not complicated with unclear rules.

The rooms are dirty and neglected and the service is not good.
