There are no elevators (it is difficult to bring a suitcase), the place is less strategic (far from an ATM, I often order a motorcycle taxi online and make the drivers confused, the television in the room is not set in advance (confusing how to operate), there is no cover between the bathroom glass and the bedroom, so anyone who takes a shower can be seen from the bed, and vice versa, there is no tissue in the room. The plus points, the employees are friendly enough, I sleep in the first floor room on the left hand corner (I forgot the number) so I don't know the condition of the room etc. Only based on the experience of the room that I live in.

Room out of service rude.

The room was very noisy from the water pump at the attic.

The mattress is a lot of dust. The toilet is like used previously and has not been cleaned.

The bed sheet is seriously dirty, I strongly believe that they didn't change the sheet after the last guest. Found blood stains and lots of hair (some I believe are pubic hair) in the bed. I wanted to complain but it was in the middle of the night and I couldn't find anybody in the receptionist. The room is also noisy, everytime someone (from other rooms) is using the toilet, the drain is making some noise. When we checked out at 7 in the morning, the front officer just woke up and greet us in his sleepy face & sleeping suit. Definitely not gonna come back.
