The hotel has no personnel on site, but the communication via email was adequate enough. The room was "funky" (in a good way) and the property is close to everything one needs (restaurants, shopping, etc.). There is no parking on-site and the public parking garages are not super close, so when one has a lot of luggage, it's less convenient.

Great location but goodness the area is so, so noisy all throughout the night. I wish the windows were better soundproofed. The bedding and bed is awful, my back and neck is killing me after two nights there. Location can’t be beat but otherwise it leaves a lot to be desired.

We had to wait an hour on the street because we didn't receive the entry code. The endowment of the apartment was totally inadequate: everything refers to a terrible "African" style decoration.

I liked how they gave the hotel room names, not just room numbers. I wish my room looked the same as the room pictured in the ads. mine looked "older". my room was very clean and I liked having the kitchenette. I think the instructions to enter the building could be a little clearer. I was quite jetlagged, and it took me a while to figure out which of the three keypads to use to enter the building. Just tell people to use the small black keypad, and also use the same code to enter your room as you use to get in the building.

Zanzibar room is very noisy even with windows closed. Although the kitchen is reasonably well equipped it was not workable. There were only 2 PowerPoints over the sink and no bench space so you had to move each appliance to be able to use the other. If we wanted to use the microwave we had to sit it on top of the stage so we couldn’t use the cooktop. Suggest that either the bench is extended around the corner near the wardrobe (a triangular table would work) or PowerPoints are put in over the bench opposite the sink.

Reception is closed on nights and weekends. could not get into the hotel with code which i never received via email. had to wait for someone to come through the doors. eventually someone came that spoke english to let us in and texted the hotel to get a code for the door and room number. a couple hours later another customer had the same issues with email and room number. near the main christmas market, so was loud through the night. room was great, though.

Spacious suite and very clean. Theme was fun.

Themed room fit-out (Hollywood) was very appealing. Excellent location in city centre next to Muenzplatz with its very good restaurant options. Short walk to the Rhine. Parked at a Parkhaus (paid) 5 minutes walk away which was good and convenient once we'd found it.

This is a well-appointed "aparthotel" style facility. Nothing fancy, but everything is comfortable. The staff did a really good job of communicating. The only drawback is that there are several bars across the street. The noise at night was a problem.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was easy to check in and out. The only problem was that the coffee machine in the room did not work.

The apartments are great for business trips if you would like to have a kitchen area/ cook. The room themes are fun and the location is great. There are no real extras included but it has everything you need. The bed could be more comfortable and the window covers darker but all in all a pleasant stay.

Wer bis 6 Uhr morgens am Wochenende Party feiern und nicht schlafen möchte, für den ist dieses Aparthotel richtig. Ehrlich gesagt, scheint es auch nicht überall so „hellhörig“(untertrieben!) zu sein. Aber im Erdgeschoss Zimmer E 01+02 und voraussichtlich in den Zimmern direkt darüber, ist es nicht auszuhalten. An Schlaf ist nicht zu denken, direkt gegenüber sind schallendlaute Clubs. Deren Gäste bis morgens um sechs pöbeln, schreien und die Menge an patrouillierenden Taxis, die hoffen volltrunkenen Gäste direkt gegenüber dieser Club, was bedeutet direkt unterhalb der Schlafzimmerfenster dieser Appartements, transportieren zu können, raubt einem sämtliche Möglichkeit auf Schlaf. Morgens früh vor halb sechs muss die städtische Putzkolonne anrücken, um sämtliche, meist kluge Überreste zu entfernen. Das Getöse dieser Fahrzeuge, wennman dann evtl. Kurz nach fünf doch eingeschlafen ist, weckt jeden Toten wieder auf! In meinem Zimmer ging nich5 mal der Rolladen runter! Das größte Problem sind die minimal gedämmten Fenster. Eine richtig gute Dämmung könnte hier vlt. Abhilfe schaffen. Nach meinem Hilferuf per Mail an das Management, kam späten Abend des zweiten Tages ne Info „ man hätte versucht den Rolladen zu reparieren, müsste aber später einen Schreiner beauftragen und man wünsche mir diese Nacht einen guten Schlaf“! Ein Angebot für andere Zimmer, hinten heraus (die gibt es auch!) hatte man uns nicht erteilt. Wir sind dann zu dritt, nach der 2 Nacht morgens früher abgereist.

Great location and nice cozy rooms. Good value for the money. They don’t clean the room every day if you stay multiple nights.

Sauberes Zimmer. Schöne Ausstattung. Die Nähe zur Fußgängerzone bringt eine gewisse Lautstärke mit sich. Aber nicht unangenehm.

Appartement très propre, confortable, avec tous les équipements nécessaires.

Schlaf nicht möglich. Im Irish pub um die Ecke wird jeden Abend gefeiert, die Straße dient dazu, die Motoren aufheulen zu lassen. Den Nachbarn hört man schnarchen. Zudem habe ich in der Wohnung auf irgendetwas allergisch reagiert, vlt. Alter Teppich oder Schimmel. Fazit: vorzeitiger Auszug. Auf meine Reklamation gab es trotz Erinnerungen keine Reaktion. Never ever again!!!
