The rooms do not match the photos in the gallery at all. I ordered 3 rooms, each room only available 1 towel. The reason from the manager, is because all the full towels are used. I think it should have been prepared beforehand, the apartment lift is like a freight elevator. Road access is also very narrow. Anyway not recommended at all.

The walls of the room have lots of graffiti, the bed was not made up when checking in, the power plug was loose, the public facilities were not good (the lift was not feasible). AC, TV, & KM are quite ok.

The room door is dragging, the lock is difficult to pull. Sheets, blankets, pillowcases were dirty. The glass door inside couldn't be opened. Did not get toiletries and towels. The tv antenna cable was dislodged like it was broken. Please, if someone has stayed overnight, pay attention to the cleanliness. Dirty AC is not cold enough.

The hotel room smells musty, the blanket is dirty, the pillows and sheets have yellow spots, the bathroom is dirty, very disappointing. After knowing the condition of the room like that, sorry I immediately checked out, moved to stay at another hotel.

Semua yang ada di kamar kotor. Lantai kotor, jijik, kaya tidak dipel. Kolong dipan kaya rumah angker. Sprei kotor seperti tidak dicuci. Wastafel kotor. Bekas puntung rokok di atas lemari baju. Hordeng dekil. Kamar mandi ada sampah. Dan lain sebagainya. Pokoknya tidak recommended. Saya sangat menyesal.

The receptionist is bitchy. The problem is that Q is not from the area, so I don't know if it's an apartment for a hotel either. I waited outside in the rain. The receptionist was contacted but cuex. I often go in and out of hotels of Oyo class to 5 stars but they are not friendly like this hotel. The place is dirty, rarely cleaned. Other guests were annoying because I liked to knock on my door inviting acquaintances. I will not return to this hotel even if it's free.

Ada noda sesuatu di spreinya sangat terlihat masih baru sekali. Saya curiga kamar saya bekas ada yang pakai. Kolong kasur dan lemari buanyak banget sampah, tiap sudut ruangan selalu berdebu, lantai wc yang berlumut. Sangat sangat tidak rekomendasi.

The sheets and pillowcases look dirty, smell of cigarettes, lots of cigarette butts, the air conditioner is not cold enough. In the room I occupied there was a hanging mask. Either it wasn't taken when it was cleaned, or it wasn't cleaned right.😓. But the hot shower water is joss. Service is also no problem. Only the rooms are not ok. There is a price and there is quality.

The room is dirty, shabby, the bathroom has lots of worms, the room smells of a lot of dust, advice find something else than not being comfortable sleeping here.

AC panas banget, pintu balkon terkunci, jorok banget, kaya gapernah bersihin (sapu/pel), 2 kali kesini kirain yang pertama emng pas kbagian yang jelek aja, ternyata yang kedua lebih mengecewakan

Before booking this hotel, I had seen the reviews that were not good, but still understandable because it was a cheap hotel, what to expect. But when I checked in, it turned out really bad! Entering the room, the AC is still on, the condition of the room is dirty, the floor is still wet, as if someone really new in it. For the rest, please see the photo I uploaded. How dirty.
